It’s easy to use, but I have moved to other options.

Pros

It’s very easy to use and it’s connected to a lot of websites and apps. Also easy o create an account.

Cons

They charge too much on fees. Doesn’t matter if you are private or business, they take a very big fee. Last time I used it to send to a relative I have to pay up to 10% fee.

Overall my experience with paypal is good. Many of my older customers like using it to pay for me services. I definitely recommend it. Very easy to use.

Pros

I like most is how easy the platform is to navigate and how recognized it is. Everyone young and older have heard of it so it makes using it and taking payments from it easy.

Cons

There is really anything i don't like about paypal. I would like if they charged less for what they charge us for using that platform but they are a business so i understand.

Overall my experience is okay, I still continue to use PayPal as I feel its safe & even though the customer service isn't the best I would still choose them over another pay service.

Pros

Paypal makes checkouts easy and feel secure. I like the ease of the app and how its simple to navigate through.

Cons

Sometimes Paypal holds funds unexpectedly for long periods of time which isn't helpful in a time of need & they have poor customer service.

Trustworthy, reliable, safe to use and can increase sales. But very high fees.

Pros

I think the greatest about PayPal is the trust that this brand has in customers, so that when you sell a product online using paypal, people will automatically feel safe putting their credit card details.

Cons

I think the fees are absolutely abusive. Every movement you make with money there are high fees being deducted, and I think that's unfair and abusive. Also, Paypal business doesn't have many options to integrate easily.

Pros

PayPal is easy to set up and even easier to use. Secure money transfer for individuals and businesses.

Cons

It's great for individual use, but it is not as competitive as other services for non-profit and business use.

Pleased with it, though sadly there are so many alternative it main dvantage is reducing.

Pros

Easy way to pay and receive money. And to setup external account. Fees is somewhat small but could be improved

Cons

There is two interfaces mixing together, an old and new, which make thinks very hard to navigate and update when managing accounts and currency.

Cons

There isnt anything i particularly dislike about paypal, however their 'help' feature could use some improvement

Pros

Easy to use and find features. Menus are set up with intelligence and are logical. Features are prominent.

Cons

The website pushes you to the app every time you log in. This is frustrating to just get done what you need to get done.

Easy interface to use. It was easy to navigate and set up a payment. It was also easy to figure out how to deposit or withdraw.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. I feel like Paypal was the first of the popular and successful payment apps.

Pros

I like that PayPal is very easy to use. I can send or receive money with just an email or phone number. It works in many countries, and I feel safe using it because it has good security and buyer protection. The mobile app is simple and helpful, and I can use it for personal or business payments.

Cons

The main thing I don’t like is the high fees, especially when sending money to other countries or converting currencies. Also, sometimes PayPal puts a hold on money without warning, and it takes time to fix it by talking to customer support.

This app is an easy and efficient way to send money to friends, family, and even coworkers. I use this app almost daily for this purpose.

Cons

I dislike that some of the bugs are not fixed and it takes a while to fully load certain screens on the app.

My overall experience with PayPal has been pretty good. I use PayPal to pay for my personal training. Additionally, I use PayPal to split restaurant bills with friends.

Pros

I like that I can pay for services with PayPal rather than using a debit card. This is convenient because I dont always feel comfortable sharing my credit card info.

Cons

The thing I like least about PayPal is the instant transfer fee. Sometimes I need the money immediately and it would be nice if I didn't have to pay so much for it.

### "Protecting Scammers and Defrauding Customers"

Paypal is definitely protecting scammers. I had two transactions recently that I sought a refund on. Both times the seller turned out to be a Chinese scammer. I submitted all the evidence to Paypal, including pre-existing reports to Scamwatch and police. They didn't even bother to read my complaint, let alone look at any of the attachments I sent. I pushed things further, providing more evidence not just of how I'd been scammed, but also how this particularl seller was operating dozens of fraudulent businesses in Australia. Paypal ignored that too. They've also refused reunds on faulty goods, goods that were nothing like what I ordered, and goods that never arrived. Paypal definitely don't protect the customer and actually make it deliberately hard to seek a refund. On top of that, they charge an extra 10c in every dollar on top of the current exchange rate from AUD to USD (and other currencies). That's not fees and charges which are additional, but them deciding what the exchange rate is and setting it 10c higher than the actual exchange rate, and then they prevent you from having the currency exchange handled by your bank or another institution. Paypal collects that extra money. So as well as not standing by their own, much-advertised customer protection policy, they actively support scammers and are themselves defrauding customers. Maybe it's time all the disgruntled customers got together and started a class action against Paypal?

Pros

Nothing. There is nothing to like about Paypal.

Cons

It does not protect customers (but it does protect scammers); customer service is non-existent; the account setup is hard to navigate; there is no buyer protection; Paypal is extorting money by setting its own exchange rates; the refund process is deliberately opaque to put people off making complaints; there is no way to seek restitutation from Paypal itself without engaging in a lengthy legal process.

Pros

The customer service they offer, and the protections they offer to the purchaser and the seller.

Cons

I lile it far bettwr than any of the other sale apps ive tried. I dont really have any dislikes about it.

Near impossible to submit a charge dispute. They protect the sellers and screw the buyers. Sellers can easily rip you off with PayPal's help. DON'T USE PAYPAL.

Pros

Ease of purchasing, but impossible to submit a charge dispute! Anti-consumer and pro-seller! Once the seller rips you off, PayPal protects the corrupt seller and screws the buyer!

Cons

Ordered jeans thru PayPal. Seller said they delivered the merchandise but I never received them. (Live in a condo complex, so porch pirating is not an issue.) I put in a claim, but they said "tracking shows they were delivered". Either they were delivered to the wrong address, or the driver never delivered them and said he/she did. They put in an appeal, and I was denied again. I stopped using PayPal a few years ago for a similar problem and recently started using them again. NOT ANYMORE! THAT'S IT WITH PAYPAL. THEY TREAT THEIR SELLARS BETTER THAN THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

When I am purchasing something it feels secure to have the option to checkout using PayPal, plus it’s super quick and easy.

Pros

So easy and quick to use, plus pretty much everyone has it. Easy and secure check out when paying for goods and services.

Cons

Only thing is it’s hard to contact them if there is an issue and you need to contest a charge, but luckily I haven’t had to do this more than on a couple of occasions.

I have used Paypal for years and have never had any problems with them and when i need to speak with someone, i use the in app chat and the issue gets resolved quickly.

Pros

I like being able to send money and pay bills to other Paypal users as well as transferring money in seconds to my own bank

Cons

i can only send money to others who have a Paypal account. I also don't like having to verify my account with a bank account.
