Pros I love PayPal because I can access my account and my credit card information in one place. Cons I noticed that they don't offer an electronic version of their credit card. So many people use or at least know of paypal that offering it increases consumer confidence. Cons Some of the company policies and practices do not line up with ours. I trusted PayPal blindly because of their so-called “buyer protection,” but it turned out to be completely useless. I purchased an eGold membership with eWorldTrade, only to discover later that this company is full of negative reviews. According to the contract, I am entitled to a 90-day money-back guarantee if I am dissatisfied with their services. This period has not yet expired, and I decided to reverse the payment through PayPal because I refuse to support fraudulent practices. Instead of assisting me, PayPal chose to call me three times a day, pressuring me, but looking into the negative reviews of eWorldTrade themselves? Apparently, that was too much effort. Despite providing clear evidence from the contract I submitted, PayPal sided with the fraudulent company. The result? I lost nearly 1000 euros and received zero support. PayPal’s promise of “buyer protection” is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. They refuse to take responsibility and support fraudulent companies instead of their customers. NEVER AGAIN PAYPAL!
