Its only on the occassion where there is a problem that it can be frustrating as its often difficult to get through to support. There are so many scams now and paypal is reliable. Pros Easy to use, safe and secure for sending and receiving payments. It is quick when needed. You can instant transfer for a fee when needed. It is very easy to register and start using it, just link your bank account and you will be able to send and receive money online anywhere in the world. Pros It allows you to receive and send money in an easy and simple way throughout the world, when paying with this software online purchases are easier, in addition to protecting purchases in case of inconveniences, thanks to its buyer protection program you can recover your money if something goes wrong when buying online. Cons It can have excessive fees, especially when sending money from one country to another, exchange rates are not always the best, and you can have your money withheld in case of unusual activity. I feel secure when I use PayPal to check out because I know that my information is well protected. PayPal has made buying and selling safe and easy! Pros I use paypal regularly to purchase products from sellers. I love that my packages are secure and there is no stress about scams or lost packages. Paypal processes claims quickly and has the buyers back! Cons As a seller, I do wish that there could be a way to lower the fees, but understand that this is likely not feasible. It's straightforward and I love that you can duplicate your same invoice template to use at a different date or set up recurring billing. I've used both! Pros I love PayPal for invoicing because it's free. The Invoice is also simple to fill out and easy to share to your client/customer. Pros Most people use it and have it. Along with a lot of online small business for payment methods. Cons I am hesitant to use it sometimes especially since I had a hack related to our work website product store. Someone added in their paypal email instead of ours on the back end. They ended up with over 70,000 dollars of sales because it was black friday. When we reached out to paypal they suggested we go through our insurer as there was nothing they could do to help us. They have multiple ways to send and receive money, and even a great line of credit. I use the website and mobile version and both are user friendly, I also enjoy being able to link it to other sites to send payment. Cons I think it's amazing. I wish the line of credit had come out of your account quicker.
