We have customers and vendors that prefer to use PayPal so we need to use it for them. It is easy to send and receive money and to view your transactions and statements. User friendly. Pros It makes it easy to take payments. We have some customers that prefer to send payments through PayPal so it is a helpful application for us to use in our business. It makes paying for online orders, and sending or receiving money from friends and family extremely fast and simple to do. Pros My favorite thing about PayPal is how simple it is to use. I am not very computer savvy but I had no trouble at all creating my account and sending money to friends and family. Cons What I liked least about PayPal was when I tried to add money to my PayPal account from my bank account. Although it was simple to do, I had to wait over a week each time for the money to finally show up in my PayPal account. This seemed like an excessive amount of time to wait. November 22, 2024 5.0 I have been with PayPal for years and believe in their system. Pros The fact that PayPal has maximized their security from fraudulent activity, has truly impressed me. Customer service is really empathetic to your needs. Cons I didn’t like the transition from using your bank account when PayPal funds fell low to ridding access to your bank, but I came to realize it was necessary to prevent unwanted fraud. It still is slightly inconvenient to always having to transfer funds, but that slight hassle is ultimately worth it; I just have to remember to transfer…lol Review Source TK Taylor K. September 30, 2024 4.0 I enjoy the convenience and time-saving feature while checking out with online retailers, but I typically will use Venmo to send/receive money with friends and family - I used PayPal for that in the past. As long as my account stays secure, I will continue to use PayPal. Pros I absolutely love the option to checkout with online retailers by using PayPal. The convenience of not having to type in my credit card number is the best feature in my opinion. Cons A couple years ago, my PayPal account was hacked into. I received an email that an online virtual bakery was opened with my account. Terrified, I contacted PayPal and demanded they close my account. They refused and stated that the business that was registered to my account was deleted, and it would never happen again. Being that PayPal is connected to my bank and my credit card, I was mortified that security was not strong enough to keep someone from hacking into it. Review Source AN Abe N. I also play games that im now able to safely have the cash sent to me. Cons There isnt much i dont like.. i guess maybe that i havent got a card for it. Or maybe it doesnt allow you to have a card.
