They listened to my insight and learning from specifying and implementing other platforms and have adapted Ezekia for the interim market. Pros This platform is pretty much the most intuitive contact management software I've used. It's easy to us - no more day-long teaching sessions. It's not clunky either, because the the developers have listened closely to what users need. The integration of data from different platforms such as outlook and the adding of data and notes, including the voice dictation are game changers in increasing productivity rates. Cons Not much really. I've just found it so intuitive to use. All systems have a few bugs when they are trying new ideas, but that's what's great about Ezekia. They try new functions, and continually improve something which already beats the more established competition. The developers respond very quickly for any fixes needed.
