I have had a great experience with Geoh Everyone there is pleasant and nice and very amazing. Especially [sensitive content hidden.
Having him in my corner brings me comfort and peace of mind that are truly priceless. I know I can rely on him to be a steadfast partner throughout my journey in the home care industry.

Also, If you no longer have an employee make sure you delete them asap. If they're on GEO the following month you will be charged for them even if its just one day.
Geo is the only app we have ever used in our business as far as scheduling and other things that they offer. I have no plans on switching companies at this time.
Some of the options need to be simplified, if you don't know to click somewhere one can become lost.
There is nothing i dislike about GEOH. So far, my experience has been nothing but positive.

Pros: The GEOH team has displayed excellent customer service and is very attentive to customer’s needs. [sensitive content hidden] from Geoh is super supportive and has set up meetings or has come to the office to ensure a positive outcome/ results are achieved. GEOH has done a tremendous job of trouble shooting and problem solving promptly and effiently.
Cons: I cannot wait for GEOH to add additional services for providers like myself who want to have a “one stop shop“.

Pros: The GeoH team is on top of everything. They keep us updated on requirements from the MCEs and the portal. They alert you when changes are coming that could affect your billing or recouping of funds. They’re here to assist with help from other sources outside of their line of business. And, the App is very easy to use. The team is easily accessible.
Cons: I can’t think of anything. GeoH is on top of everything.

Pros: Geoh is here, where if I need them, Geoh is very educational and helpful with billing also with back billing as well as keeping me up to date with all thinks. I highly recommend Geoh for all of your billing needs. Their customer service is second to none, if I call and Geoh miss my call there will call me back. I love the Geoh app it allows you to track your caregivers where about clock in and out. this is a gre8 business to have on your team!

Cons: Make it a little easier for the caregivers to navigate and manage their schedule. Give the provider more options to communicate with caregivers for availability if a conflict should arise with their schedule.

Pros: I love the ease of use and I especially love the customer service. It is so refreshing as a busy professional to pick up the phone and get to speak to an actual live person! They communicate well and resolve issues quickly. If they don’t have the answer you get another live person. It truly is no hassle and is one of my favorite aspects about working with GEOH. They also offer informative webinars to keep their clients knowledgeable about industry changes. Overall, GEOH feels personable and customer focused which I really appreciate.
Cons: Not really any cons the only thing I have are suggestions that I think would add to an already great service. One thing Id like is to see them expand to offering more service related features such as assessments and it would be nice to get notifications of certain issues like a user going over authorizations or especially not clocking out.

Overall: My company has been using GEOH for 5 years and anytime we've needed help we receive it promptly. Ben has been helpful from day one. I have referred over 10 homecare agencies that are still using this software. My experience has been easy and great! It's not difficult to navigate.
Pros: It has always been an easy-to-use software. With all the state's changes, they've ensured we stay compliant. The system doesn't have all these different issues. It's pretty simple and our staff doesn't complain about its performance. Everyone has a great attitude and is very helpful. They will even help with checking Sandata to make sure everything is registered. They will walk you through any issue and help you solve the problem.
Cons: I would like to see video that we can use for our new employees. Maybe a monthly viedo update on new features. It seems that the older clients may not know what FEOH has new to offer at times because we already know the system.

Overall: The app is easy to navigate and has all the features for trucking work hours and monitoring employees. It is fast and reliable with minimal glitches. It has excellent security measures. The customer service support is excellent, with timely responses when help is needed. I have and would recommend this service to anyone.

Cons: I hope notes can automatically be generated as the employees mark the services. Most employees don't like taking notes, and that would also help with accuracy and meeting state requirements.
