Customer support is excellent! Cons Caregivers would prefer a wider radius for clocking in and out, especially when at appointments with clients. Cons Maybe just that when people go over the unit amount per day, it reflects in the authorization as hours worked so I have to manually go back and change it so it doesn’t appear that we are over units even they they actually didn’t work them. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family! Pros What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application. Cons What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.
