Pros

GEOH is an all-in-one EVV-compliant platform that simplifies scheduling, billing, and caregiver management efficiently. Customer support is excellent!

Cons

Caregivers would prefer a wider radius for clocking in and out, especially when at appointments with clients.

Geoh has been a great support to my company and most of all, THEY GET ME PAID! They did an audit one year and retrieved a lot of money back for my company. I was so HAPPY! Over all I LOVE THIS company!!!!!

Pros

i like the support that is available. The billing team is my favorite because they keep me informed about all the new changes. \[sensitive content hidden\] have been AMAZING!

Cons

I was disappointed that I didn't get this service with GEOH sooner. My troubles with billing could have been shouter.

None at the moment. Everyone who I have spoken with has been able to assist me. And the turn around time is outstanding.

Pros

Honestly, everything has been great so far! The system is very easy to navigate and user-friendly, which made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. I feel very confident using GEOH and appreciate how organized and efficient everything is!!

Cons

At this time, I have not experienced anything negative. Everything has been smooth, and the support has been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions.

I have really enjoyed the trainings and the flexibility of the app in regard to the ever-changing industry rules, while also accommodating unique agency guidelines.

Pros

Their support team and account managers are the most responsive. When you ask a question there is almost always a helpful answer or has been a refreshing change from what we were accustomed to. Every time we ask for something it's like magic, it appears right before our eyes. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing and so quick to respond.

Cons

I really wish there was a tab for prospective clients, as that is an important part of our agency. However, I'm told that this is in the process of being changed.

Pros

So far? The service! \[sensitive content hidden\] and her team have been so responsive and overall incredible. They made me feel like I've made a good decision.

Cons

So far, nothing. While we've just stated with the service, the team at Geoh has been so accommodating to our needs.

I was especially impressed by how knowledgeable and patient they where with me being a new customer.

Pros

I loved how attentive they where when any issues came up. I love that the system is straight forward and easy to understand. It gave me relief that when I did have an issue there was always someone there to assist me. The after business hours was great an no matter the time all the reps were friendly and eager to assist.

Cons

I do not have any issues with GEOH. I think that the company is great and really listens and receives feedback when it is given. I have no doubt that they will only continue to get better.

I have no complaints. GEOH knows what they are doing! GEOH has great response time. Resources, resolution to problems and GEOH made me feel valued!

Not a thing I feel like it’s the perfect billing match for me. It’s very easy for me to bill & schedule for my business so that’s great.

My overall experience with GEOH has been positive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been helpful, thorough , and very knowledgable from beginning to end. The setup process was smooth and learning about the product and it's features was clear and straight forward. The plat form is user friendly, making daily tasks and billing processes easy to manage. So far GeoH has provided a reliable and efficient solution for my business needs.

Pros

Exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, they have been supportive and responsive, always answering questions and provide guidance whenever needed.

Cons

The platform does not offer as many features as some other platforms. That said the benefit of being part of GeoH outweighs this limitation. In the future I would love to see features that allow for better documentation management, such as reminders to keep caregiver documentation up to date. Additionally, having the platform perform monthly OIG searches for caregivers automatically instead of my compant having to do them manually, woud save time and improve efficiency.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] were VERY informative, patient, and understanding! Great ambassadors for GEOH! The software is very informative and, to me, easy to use and learn.

Cons

The learning curve, i.e., just learning a new software. I was able to catch on a lot faster than my wife, but she's learning.

What I like most about Geo is that they make scheduling features easy to navigate. I've haven't had to many bugs and issues

I like the process order of Geoh, every section has a reason (there aren’t any dead buttons). Everything was easy to navigate

I couldn’t find many things that I didn’t like. Maybe a reminder email to agency owners if their staff doesn’t clock in on time or a reminder text to the staff?

Pros

Customer service is outstanding! The response time is great! Billing with Geoh has been hands down amazing. \[sensitive content hidden\] sends detailed billing reports with explanations, I don't have to wonder. I couldn't ask for a better biller! They are working to improving the assessment section of Geoh. As a nurse you need a good assessment on each of your clients.

They were able to get me set up immediately without any issues. Also, scheduled some more zoom meeting with me to ensure everything is working perfectly.

Nothing for now. I have had a positive experience so far. No issue as been reported yet and hopefully it remains that way.

I appreciate everything about GEOH. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the system was not displaying the correct unit numbers. Once I informed \[sensitive content hidden\] about the issue, she promptly addressed it, and the problem was resolved within a few days.

Cons

I had some confusing moments but other that I understand that everything else As a new user, it took me some time to understand how to navigate the system and use all of its features effectively. The learning curve was a bit challenging at first.

So far, my experience with Geoh has been wonderful. The product is affordable. The team is relatable and I’m able to manage and track units, hours, & employees. Who really has time to chase down their staff versus being able to have an accountability friend in business? Geoh allows us to manage our company effortlessly through the online app and I love that for us.

Pros

One of the number one things that I love the most about Geo is that you don’t have to be the most tech savvy to use the product. The team is very patient and will walk you through how to utilize the online system. I love the fact that it comes in the form of an app, and that I can monitor my staff easily with one tap of a button.

Cons

Nothing. Love the service. It keeps us on point.
