Pros

GEOH is an all-in-one EVV-compliant platform that simplifies scheduling, billing, and caregiver management efficiently. Customer support is excellent!

Cons

Caregivers would prefer a wider radius for clocking in and out, especially when at appointments with clients.

Honestly, everything has been great so far! The system is very easy to navigate and user-friendly, which made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. I feel very confident using GEOH and appreciate how organized and efficient everything is!!

Cons

At this time, I have not experienced anything negative. Everything has been smooth, and the support has been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions.

I have really enjoyed the trainings and the flexibility of the app in regard to the ever-changing industry rules, while also accommodating unique agency guidelines.

Pros

Their support team and account managers are the most responsive. When you ask a question there is almost always a helpful answer or has been a refreshing change from what we were accustomed to. Every time we ask for something it's like magic, it appears right before our eyes. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing and so quick to respond.

Cons

I really wish there was a tab for prospective clients, as that is an important part of our agency. However, I'm told that this is in the process of being changed.

Pros

So far? The service! \[sensitive content hidden\] and her team have been so responsive and overall incredible. They made me feel like I've made a good decision.

Cons

So far, nothing. While we've just stated with the service, the team at Geoh has been so accommodating to our needs.

I love my onboarding team, from the time I signed up to the time I completed onboarding everyone was very nice, easy going, very understanding and patient.

Cons

Have no cons yet. I am still learning and growing trying to find ways to make it more efficient for me and my employees.

My overall experience with GEOH goes beyond measures, before I used this platform for our agency, I worked with other agencies and had learned quickly how to obtain everything within the application. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family!

Pros

What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application.

Cons

What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.

So far, my overall experience has been great. I was very fortunate to have had an agent that's knowledgeable with Geoh. \[sensitive content hidden\] always made sure we were confident enough in using the Geoh app before exiting zoom calls. Scheduling was confusing at first but by the end of our second zoom meeting, I feel a lot more confident.

Pros

I really enjoyed exploring the portal with \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was very patient and informative. Anytime I had a question or didn't understand something about Geoh, she always emailed me back or called right away.

Cons

Nothing, everything was self explanatory. Each tab tells me it's proper function. No different than learning a new skill, it's always confusing at the beginning. As long as you have an agent that takes as much pride as \[sensitive content hidden\] does in helping clients, you'll be fine.

Very good and extremely satisfying. From initial setup to actual going live was a breeze with Geoh's expertise in rolling out the change over from previous Vender.

Pros

The product is easy to use and the support is amazing. Every time I have a question and cant find the answer in the help section, I reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] and she is very helpful in solving my issues.

Cons

The payroll report is a little small for viewing when printing to convert so I can integrate it into Quickbooks

My overall experience with GEOH has been positive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been helpful, thorough , and very knowledgable from beginning to end. The setup process was smooth and learning about the product and it's features was clear and straight forward. The plat form is user friendly, making daily tasks and billing processes easy to manage. So far GeoH has provided a reliable and efficient solution for my business needs.

Pros

Exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, they have been supportive and responsive, always answering questions and provide guidance whenever needed.

Cons

The platform does not offer as many features as some other platforms. That said the benefit of being part of GeoH outweighs this limitation. In the future I would love to see features that allow for better documentation management, such as reminders to keep caregiver documentation up to date. Additionally, having the platform perform monthly OIG searches for caregivers automatically instead of my compant having to do them manually, woud save time and improve efficiency.

I rate my over all experience a 12 out of 10. Not being funny I love that GeoH is a Indiana based company and I love the fact that I get to speak with a live person when I call.

Pros

I love the transparency, GeoH is very knowledgeable honest about the services that they provide. They are Indiana based company.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. This company is spot on. This is the first company that does what they say they are going to do.

Great so far! Although I am currently having an issue and the chat customer service is not 24/7, that would be a nice addition!

Pros

User friendly! Mobile friendly, I love that you are able to handle business on the go & don’t have to wait until you get to your laptop.

Cons

So far so good, & the update that now allows you to keep up with employee credentials is top tier! No more manually checking for compliance.

My overall experience has been great! I’ve looked at other software’s for my small business and GEOH has far to past my expectations.

Pros

The intuitiveness of their software is amazing. It’s self-explanatory. You can edit as much as you like. The team is amazing. Especially the on boarding representatives. They give you clear, concise answers, and it was a breeze getting started.

Cons

Billing can be somewhat of a challenge if you truly don’t understand the revenue cycle. Understanding how the system works with the EVV San data software was a bit clunky, but resolved very quickly!

Sometimes with the new updates it makes it difficult for employees to clock in and out and this can be very frustrating to employees.

Pros

Amber very knowledgeable. Walks you through the whole process. She responds to email or text fast. She continues to check on us.

Cons

To be honest the prices of 3% the fact that is goes up with how many clients you get. But I understand nothing is free. So if you want good service you have to pay. I understand that you have to make money just like we want to receive all the help.

I appreciate everything about GEOH. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the system was not displaying the correct unit numbers. Once I informed \[sensitive content hidden\] about the issue, she promptly addressed it, and the problem was resolved within a few days.

What I like most about my experience was that everything was ver consistent. both billing and scheduling for our home healthcare business. I had some confusing moments but other that I understand that everything else As a new user, it took me some time to understand how to navigate the system and use all of its features effectively. The learning curve was a bit challenging at first.

What I love most about Geoh is the peace of mind they give me by handling my billing. Being an owner you already have alot on your plate. They help take the load off so I can focus on other things to help my business continue to grow.

Cons

I honestly have no dislikes about Geoh. They are absolutely amazing! From the friendliness to the great quality of software to the relief of knowing my billing will be done correctly, in a timely manner & error free.

Pros

I love that they are very hands on and always keep us in the loop of what's going on with our account and services. They completely took the stress out of completing our billing needs. Their Tuesday GeoH Pro Workshops are also very informative.

Cons

I can't say that there is anything that I do not like. They are readily available, if we have any questions.
