Pros

  • I have had a great experience with Geoh Everyone there is pleasant and nice and very amazing. Especially [sensitive content hidden.

  • Having him in my corner brings me comfort and peace of mind that are truly priceless. I know I can rely on him to be a steadfast partner throughout my journey in the home care industry.

  • Sensitive content hidden] from Geoh is super supportive and has set up meetings or has come to the office to ensure a positive outcome/ results are achieved.

  • I love the ease of use and I especially love the customer service. It is so refreshing as a busy professional to pick up the phone and get to speak to an actual live person.

Cons

  • Also, If you no longer have an employee make sure you delete them asap. If they're on GEO the following month you will be charged for them even if its just one day.

  • Geo is the only app we have ever used in our business as far as scheduling and other things that they offer. I have no plans on switching companies at this time.

  • Some of the options need to be simplified, if you don't know to click somewhere one can become lost.

  • There is nothing i dislike about GEOH. So far, my experience has been nothing but positive.

"GEOH review"

Pros: The GEOH team has displayed excellent customer service and is very attentive to customer’s needs. [sensitive content hidden] from Geoh is super supportive and has set up meetings or has come to the office to ensure a positive outcome/ results are achieved. GEOH has done a tremendous job of trouble shooting and problem solving promptly and effiently.

Cons: I cannot wait for GEOH to add additional services for providers like myself who want to have a “one stop shop“.

"GeoH is the way to Go!"

Overall: Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience with GeoH. I’ve recommended GeoH to six other small businesses. That’s how much I pleased with their services.

Pros: The GeoH team is on top of everything. They keep us updated on requirements from the MCEs and the portal. They alert you when changes are coming that could affect your billing or recouping of funds. They’re here to assist with help from other sources outside of their line of business. And, the App is very easy to use. The team is easily accessible.

Cons: I can’t think of anything. GeoH is on top of everything.

"CEO/Founder "

Overall: My overall experience with Geoh has been a gre8 one

Pros: Geoh is here, where if I need them, Geoh is very educational and helpful with billing also with back billing as well as keeping me up to date with all thinks. I highly recommend Geoh for all of your billing needs. Their customer service is second to none, if I call and Geoh miss my call there will call me back. I love the Geoh app it allows you to track your caregivers where about clock in and out. this is a gre8 business to have on your team!

Cons: I have not found one yet so none I have been with Geoh for one yrs

"GeoH is the best EVV"

Overall: [sensitive content hidden] is my account rep and he always takes time to answer all of my questions and walk me through step by step to resolve any issues with the system.

Pros: Easy to learn how to use the system. Also, they're just a call away to help you.

Cons: Although it is priced reasonably, It's not free like sandata.

"GEOH review"

Pros: Geoh is so easy to use and navigate for all office staff. The features are great and help to accomplish your task quickly. Customer service is excellent and they work hard to answer all your questions to resolve any issue you may have. I love how GEOH strives keep you updated with the latest updates and changes that consistently make the use of their services better. I can count on positive results in solving my problems promptly. Thank you for a great product!

Cons: Make it a little easier for the caregivers to navigate and manage their schedule. Give the provider more options to communicate with caregivers for availability if a conflict should arise with their schedule.

"Very Professional Staff"

Overall: [sensitive content hidden] is great, she met my needs in a timely manner. The whole staff is just great!

Pros: The professionalism and how friendly the staff are.

Cons: I have no least likes Geoh. At first when I signed up thought I was forgotten to finish the process but just a misunderstanding.

"Great Company"

Overall: My overall experience with Geoh has been great. I have been with them since 2021.

Pros: I love the fact that if I ever had a question they have always been there to assist me. I have never had a question that they couldn't answer. I have also referred multiple colleagues to Geoh.

Cons: There is nothing that I have not liked about Geoh.

Alternatives Considered: Alora Home Health
Reasons for Choosing GeoH: I felt like Geoh was the better company. Also I loved the fact that they were able to give me one on one support. And went over it until I was able to get it, they didn't just drop the ball and leave me out on my own.

"GEOH is A great platform!"

Overall: Overall great experience! As a company they are just always striving to improve. They listen to their customers needs and they integrate the needed changes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Pros: I love the ease of use and I especially love the customer service. It is so refreshing as a busy professional to pick up the phone and get to speak to an actual live person! They communicate well and resolve issues quickly. If they don’t have the answer you get another live person. It truly is no hassle and is one of my favorite aspects about working with GEOH. They also offer informative webinars to keep their clients knowledgeable about industry changes. Overall, GEOH feels personable and customer focused which I really appreciate.

Cons: Not really any cons the only thing I have are suggestions that I think would add to an already great service. One thing Id like is to see them expand to offering more service related features such as assessments and it would be nice to get notifications of certain issues like a user going over authorizations or especially not clocking out.

Alternatives Considered: AdaCare
Reasons for Choosing GeoH: For me it was the personal touch. When talking with GEOH as they were explaining their services they were friendly, and easy to to talk to. I didn’t feel like a number or just the next appointment. I felt like we were the most important part of the day.

"Satisified Client"

Overall: My company has been using GEOH for 5 years and anytime we've needed help we receive it promptly. Ben has been helpful from day one. I have referred over 10 homecare agencies that are still using this software. My experience has been easy and great! It's not difficult to navigate.

Pros: It has always been an easy-to-use software. With all the state's changes, they've ensured we stay compliant. The system doesn't have all these different issues. It's pretty simple and our staff doesn't complain about its performance. Everyone has a great attitude and is very helpful. They will even help with checking Sandata to make sure everything is registered. They will walk you through any issue and help you solve the problem.

Cons: I would like to see video that we can use for our new employees. Maybe a monthly viedo update on new features. It seems that the older clients may not know what FEOH has new to offer at times because we already know the system.

"Secure Employee Portal System"

Overall: The app is easy to navigate and has all the features for trucking work hours and monitoring employees. It is fast and reliable with minimal glitches. It has excellent security measures. The customer service support is excellent, with timely responses when help is needed. I have and would recommend this service to anyone.

Pros: customer service. Efficiency and ease of use. Easy to train my employees. Reliable.

Cons: I hope notes can automatically be generated as the employees mark the services. Most employees don't like taking notes, and that would also help with accuracy and meeting state requirements.

"GEOH gives you what you need and then some!"

Pros: User friendly Interface easy to navigate This app has pretty much everything we need for our day to day operation

Cons: No coaching, how to or training when the apps format changes or updated Opening a support ticket can sometimes be for not Using the app on my smart phone is sometimes a challenge

"Kindred Consulting Review "

Overall: Our overall experience has been very positive.

Pros: Geoh is very user friendly for the company and employees. The Customer service has been outstanding. The team is very responsive and willing to answer any type of question that we have. Geoh has even called to check in after our company was up and running. They have a whole page dedicated to frequently asked questions with video tutorials that was very useful our first month.

Cons: The only con for our company has been not being able to print notes from the client's page.

Pros: Whenever I have/had any questions they were answered right away.

Cons: Sometimes there were issues with clock in/outs not registering. I reached out to the team, where my issue was researched and fixed in a timely manner.

"GeoH has been good to me"

Overall: I have had a more positive experience than not.

Pros: GEOH app is almost 95% accessible by leadership and staff at all times. Training staff on how to use the platform is supper easy. The customer service from [sensitive content hidden] has been exceptional

Cons: The intermittent instability of the platform. The changes made to the platform without any warning.

"What’s Better Than GeoH"

Overall: I’ve been with GeoH for over 3 years and they’ve taught me a great deal of things and I enjoy every interaction I’ve encountered with everyone. I m never leaving!!

Pros: GEOH staff is outstanding! Every interaction is personal and informative at best. They continuously keeps us up to date with webinars to ensure we are fully aware and understand any chances within the industry.

Cons: I love everything about GeoH!! There isn’t anything I can say is a con.

"A Blessed Soul Senior Care LLC"

Overall: It is a great company and when I was struggling due to the changes effective 7/1/2024 they were there to help me in various ways, which took a relief off of me and allowed me to focus more on my marketing strategies!

Pros: They always are there when you need them!

Cons: I have no complaints. They are very savvy at what they do to help out the business!

"Outstanding Service/Communication"

Overall: First off, the quality of employee's at GEOH is unmatched in this industry! [sensitive content hidden] have all went above and beyond to ensure I understood the product and all of its features and actually listened and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I will be a lifetime customer! I'm a brand-new agency and I had no idea what I was doing regarding billing. The team jumped right in wasting no time and helped me through the process. I want to say a very special thanks to [sensitive content hidden], this woman has jumped on a zoom call to help me at a moment's notice she's top tier and always has a great attitude. [sensitive content hidden] has been a bright light and a true professional to work with and the admin package was just icing on the cake. I will refer every agency that I know to GEOH.

Pros: The communication and positive attitudes from the entire staff!!

Cons: Everything has been phenomenal, the only thing I would change would be making the call to GEOH sooner.
