I have found the app to be extremely helpful and much better than the alternatives. I also have found the staff of GeoH to be extremely kind, patient, and great at explaining how the system works.

Pros

I really enjoy the scheduling features. My favorite aspect is the ability to see the amount of units I have used in scheduling and how many are left. It is also not hard to learn the system. I have found most of it to be self-explanatory after an initial informational meeting and I myself only having a few follow up questions.

Cons

I can't think of anything in particular that sticks out to me. I would like it if they added an area for adult daycare services. I don't believe that is available in the app yet. Since it usually means there is one attendant watching over a few clients. That is the only aspect I could think of that would be beneficial.

My overall experience with GEOH has been a pretty good one. Communication is really great and team members get back with you in a timely manner.

Pros

I like that scheduling shifts are really easy. I also like that billing is an option especially for someone like me who isn’t familiar with billing.

Cons

The onboarding process was dragged out a little longer than I thought necessary but it all worked out.

my experience has been a great one. From the beginning, \[sensitive content hidden\] reached out to me and was very respectful of my time. He also respected my timeline and that I was not ready to bring them on as a vendor at the time. \[sensitive content hidden\] followed up with me often and even after I signed up, I was able to reach out to him for any questions that I have.

Pros

The thing I like most about Geoh is there a local and they have a team that is fully accessible. With any questions or concerns, I may have had they are always following up. Seeing that I am a start up. They have been really helpful and explaining the connection between the software they use and the MCE. I’m especially happy with \[sensitive content hidden\] who are my reps.

Cons

at the moment, Being, a new partnership I don’t have any cons. However the only thing I can think of would be the monthly option has been priced higher than competitors, it’s definitely worth the service and you can reduce the price by locking into a contract. I would recommend a smaller contract for new time users?

I've had times where I was a little lost on Geoh app but after calling the help line they help me solve my problem

Pros

What I like most about Geo is that they make scheduling features easy to navigate. I've haven't had to many bugs and issues

Cons

There is nothing not to like about Geo i manage 3 different companies and Geo makes my job a lot easier

Still pretty new to Geoh but so far so good. I love how easy it is for employees to clock in/out & complete tasks.

Pros

the communication from staff/ billing, and support teams is top notch. Explaining, processes & updates as they happen and keeping me informed.

Cons

Site use/ navigation is a bit of a Learning Curve, Im still getting acclimated tom the system itself.

It was hard clocking in and out until I had my follow up zoom. Now I'm more acquainted with the app and confident on how to clock in and out.

Pros

The representative was very patient with me during issues arising with my computer. She did a follow up after testing the Geoh EVV out a few days later.

Cons

Too much information on the application. Hope some of the information on the app is for the admins only.

Pros

Geoh is so easy to use and navigate for all office staff. The features are great and help to accomplish your task quickly. Customer service is excellent and they work hard to answer all your questions to resolve any issue you may have. I love how GEOH strives keep you updated with the latest updates and changes that consistently make the use of their services better. I can count on positive results in solving my problems promptly. Thank you for a great product!

Cons

Make it a little easier for the caregivers to navigate and manage their schedule. Give the provider more options to communicate with caregivers for availability if a conflict should arise with their schedule.

I actually asked for a job there. LOL!! I love the family foundation, everyone i have spoken to has been professional and well versed with the system. OH and i have not had to wait long for any help i may need

Pros

So far the software itself has been a little challenging to learn, but that is only because it is very detailed and gives business owners like myself, our moneys worth!! I have no complaints, I just need to really lock in and learn the system

Cons

No complaint so far. My experience has been grand, I know things may come in the future, but i will deal with that when it comes.

My over all experience has been a blessing. Can contact anybody fast respond.With details that you can correct anything.

Pros

Amber very knowledgeable. Walks you through the whole process. She responds to email or text fast. She continues to check on us.

Cons

To be honest the prices of 3% the fact that is goes up with how many clients you get. But I understand nothing is free. So if you want good service you have to pay. I understand that you have to make money just like we want to receive all the help.

Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience with GeoH. I’ve recommended GeoH to six other small businesses. That’s how much I pleased with their services.

Pros

The GeoH team is on top of everything. They keep us updated on requirements from the MCEs and the portal. They alert you when changes are coming that could affect your billing or recouping of funds. They’re here to assist with help from other sources outside of their line of business. And, the App is very easy to use. The team is easily accessible.

Cons

I can’t think of anything. GeoH is on top of everything.

Very good and extremely satisfying. From initial setup to actual going live was a breeze with Geoh's expertise in rolling out the change over from previous Vender.

Pros

The product is easy to use and the support is amazing. Every time I have a question and cant find the answer in the help section, I reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] and she is very helpful in solving my issues.

Cons

The payroll report is a little small for viewing when printing to convert so I can integrate it into Quickbooks

So far I haven't found any cons. I am thinking pricing is good for the product, but I have not been billed just yet.

I like the process order of Geoh, every section has a reason (there aren’t any dead buttons). Everything was easy to navigate

Cons

I couldn’t find many things that I didn’t like. Maybe a reminder email to agency owners if their staff doesn’t clock in on time or a reminder text to the staff?

The setup process was smooth and learning about the product and it's features was clear and straight forward. The plat form is user friendly, making daily tasks and billing processes easy to manage. So far GeoH has provided a reliable and efficient solution for my business needs.

Pros

Exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, they have been supportive and responsive, always answering questions and provide guidance whenever needed.

Cons

The platform does not offer as many features as some other platforms. That said the benefit of being part of GeoH outweighs this limitation. In the future I would love to see features that allow for better documentation management, such as reminders to keep caregiver documentation up to date. Additionally, having the platform perform monthly OIG searches for caregivers automatically instead of my compant having to do them manually, woud save time and improve efficiency.

Pros

Customer service is outstanding! The response time is great! Billing with Geoh has been hands down amazing. \[sensitive content hidden\] sends detailed billing reports with explanations, I don't have to wonder. I couldn't ask for a better biller! They are working to improving the assessment section of Geoh. As a nurse you need a good assessment on each of your clients.

Nothing for now. I have had a positive experience so far. No issue as been reported yet and hopefully it remains that way.

Pros

I love the transparency, GeoH is very knowledgeable honest about the services that they provide. They are Indiana based company.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. This company is spot on. This is the first company that does what they say they are going to do.

Pros

Thorough explanation of how to use the software and friendly customer service. They broke down how to use the visit and referral management in a way for me to quickly learn and be able to navigate on my own freely.

What did I least like about GEOH? Nothing that comes to mind to be honest that I would least like about GEOH.

Cons

I appreciate everything about GEOH. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the system was not displaying the correct unit numbers. Once I informed \[sensitive content hidden\] about the issue, she promptly addressed it, and the problem was resolved within a few days.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] were VERY informative, patient, and understanding! Great ambassadors for GEOH! The software is very informative and, to me, easy to use and learn.

Cons

The learning curve, i.e., just learning a new software. I was able to catch on a lot faster than my wife, but she's learning.
