My overall experience with GEOH goes beyond measures, before I used this platform for our agency, I worked with other agencies and had learned quickly how to obtain everything within the application. It is a great experience to work along side some very amazing people and not just any people but ones you consider to be your family!

Pros

What I liked most about GEOH is that they made our agency feel like they were family, it was more than just doing business. It was more about making sure that myself and our agency were comfortable while doing there part, rather it was fixing a schedule, making sure the dashboard was clear and ready to submit for billing, as well as reaching out to our staff for any needs or concerns they may have while using the mobile application.

Cons

What I like the least about GEOH is having to see people who I have worked so closely with, who I considered them as a confidant having to step into another role but within they made sure the agency was taken care of and provided me with knowledgeable info and also set a meet and greet with who was now coming aboard.

I have found the app to be extremely helpful and much better than the alternatives. I also have found the staff of GeoH to be extremely kind, patient, and great at explaining how the system works.

Pros

I really enjoy the scheduling features. My favorite aspect is the ability to see the amount of units I have used in scheduling and how many are left. It is also not hard to learn the system. I have found most of it to be self-explanatory after an initial informational meeting and I myself only having a few follow up questions.

Cons

I can't think of anything in particular that sticks out to me. I would like it if they added an area for adult daycare services. I don't believe that is available in the app yet. Since it usually means there is one attendant watching over a few clients. That is the only aspect I could think of that would be beneficial.

My overall experience with GEOH has been a pretty good one. Communication is really great and team members get back with you in a timely manner.

Pros

I like that scheduling shifts are really easy. I also like that billing is an option especially for someone like me who isn’t familiar with billing.

Cons

The onboarding process was dragged out a little longer than I thought necessary but it all worked out.

Pros

Ease of the Scheduling platform for me as the Administrator, as well as for our caregivers. There have been no complaints, difficulties, or snags.

Cons

Nothing. I love everything. I've had a wonderful experience since we started with GeOH. We currently have the Scheduling platform are looking to add billing.

my experience has been a great one. From the beginning, \[sensitive content hidden\] reached out to me and was very respectful of my time. He also respected my timeline and that I was not ready to bring them on as a vendor at the time. \[sensitive content hidden\] followed up with me often and even after I signed up, I was able to reach out to him for any questions that I have.

Pros

The thing I like most about Geoh is there a local and they have a team that is fully accessible. With any questions or concerns, I may have had they are always following up. Seeing that I am a start up. They have been really helpful and explaining the connection between the software they use and the MCE. I’m especially happy with \[sensitive content hidden\] who are my reps.

Cons

at the moment, Being, a new partnership I don’t have any cons. However the only thing I can think of would be the monthly option has been priced higher than competitors, it’s definitely worth the service and you can reduce the price by locking into a contract. I would recommend a smaller contract for new time users?

At times your representative is hard to get a hold of or will reply the following week. Theres no teaching opportunities for certain services, only the option to pay them to do it. Cannot switch representatives if you wish to do so. Did not feel as listened to with \[sensitive content hidden\] , more so like she listened to respond not reallu understand.

Pros

The system itself is great and the top one to use. The system is pretty easy to navigate. It has a lot a neat features included with it.

So far, my overall experience has been great. I was very fortunate to have had an agent that's knowledgeable with Geoh. \[sensitive content hidden\] always made sure we were confident enough in using the Geoh app before exiting zoom calls. Scheduling was confusing at first but by the end of our second zoom meeting, I feel a lot more confident.

Pros

I really enjoyed exploring the portal with \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was very patient and informative. Anytime I had a question or didn't understand something about Geoh, she always emailed me back or called right away.

Cons

Nothing, everything was self explanatory. Each tab tells me it's proper function. No different than learning a new skill, it's always confusing at the beginning. As long as you have an agent that takes as much pride as \[sensitive content hidden\] does in helping clients, you'll be fine.

Pros

The team at GeoH was collaborative and encouraging. There was a real sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.

Cons

Sometimes with the new updates it makes it difficult for employees to clock in and out and this can be very frustrating to employees.

Still pretty new to Geoh but so far so good. I love how easy it is for employees to clock in/out & complete tasks.

Pros

the communication from staff/ billing, and support teams is top notch. Explaining, processes & updates as they happen and keeping me informed.

Cons

Site use/ navigation is a bit of a Learning Curve, Im still getting acclimated tom the system itself.

Pros

I love my onboarding team, from the time I signed up to the time I completed onboarding everyone was very nice, easy going, very understanding and patient.

Cons

Have no cons yet. I am still learning and growing trying to find ways to make it more efficient for me and my employees.

It was hard clocking in and out until I had my follow up zoom. Now I'm more acquainted with the app and confident on how to clock in and out.

Pros

The representative was very patient with me during issues arising with my computer. She did a follow up after testing the Geoh EVV out a few days later.

Cons

Too much information on the application. Hope some of the information on the app is for the admins only.

I actually asked for a job there. LOL!! I love the family foundation, everyone i have spoken to has been professional and well versed with the system. OH and i have not had to wait long for any help i may need

Pros

So far the software itself has been a little challenging to learn, but that is only because it is very detailed and gives business owners like myself, our moneys worth!! I have no complaints, I just need to really lock in and learn the system

Cons

No complaint so far. My experience has been grand, I know things may come in the future, but i will deal with that when it comes.

Pros

Amber very knowledgeable. Walks you through the whole process. She responds to email or text fast. She continues to check on us.

Cons

To be honest the prices of 3% the fact that is goes up with how many clients you get. But I understand nothing is free. So if you want good service you have to pay. I understand that you have to make money just like we want to receive all the help.

Geoh is so easy to use and navigate for all office staff. The features are great and help to accomplish your task quickly. Customer service is excellent and they work hard to answer all your questions to resolve any issue you may have. I love how GEOH strives keep you updated with the latest updates and changes that consistently make the use of their services better. I can count on positive results in solving my problems promptly. Thank you for a great product!

Cons

Make it a little easier for the caregivers to navigate and manage their schedule. Give the provider more options to communicate with caregivers for availability if a conflict should arise with their schedule.

Very good and extremely satisfying. From initial setup to actual going live was a breeze with Geoh's expertise in rolling out the change over from previous Vender.

Pros

The product is easy to use and the support is amazing. Every time I have a question and cant find the answer in the help section, I reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] and she is very helpful in solving my issues.

Cons

The payroll report is a little small for viewing when printing to convert so I can integrate it into Quickbooks

This software was referred to me by another homecare provider and I can honestly see why. From the beginning my experience has been great! Ben was great with training, he made me feel comfortable navigating through the system. My overall experience with GEOH had been positive.

Pros

I find the platform easy to navigate. GEOH offers a range of different features, I appreciate the customer service process by my appointed agent Ben

Cons

I honestly can’t say right now because I’m still so new to the software this is only my 2nd week in.
