If I can’t get a hold of her then customer service number are just as helpful and nice. Cons Honestly I can’t say anything negative. They’re just helpful and nice all the way around. Pros What I like most about my experience was that everything was ver consistent. both billing and scheduling for our home healthcare business. The platform made it easy to manage client appointments, caregiver schedules, and billing processes all in one place, saving us a lot of time and reducing errors Cons I had some confusing moments but other that I understand that everything else As a new user, it took me some time to understand how to navigate the system and use all of its features effectively. Mobile friendly, I love that you are able to handle business on the go & don’t have to wait until you get to your laptop. Cons So far so good, & the update that now allows you to keep up with employee credentials is top tier! No more manually checking for compliance. They completely took the stress out of completing our billing needs. Their Tuesday GeoH Pro Workshops are also very informative. Cons I can't say that there is anything that I do not like. You can edit as much as you like. The team is amazing. Especially the on boarding representatives. They give you clear, concise answers, and it was a breeze getting started. Cons Billing can be somewhat of a challenge if you truly don’t understand the revenue cycle. Understanding how the system works with the EVV San data software was a bit clunky, but resolved very quickly!
