I’ve recommended GeoH to six other small businesses. That’s how much I pleased with their services. Pros The GeoH team is on top of everything. They keep us updated on requirements from the MCEs and the portal. They alert you when changes are coming that could affect your billing or recouping of funds. They’re here to assist with help from other sources outside of their line of business. And, the App is very easy to use. The team is easily accessible. Cons I can’t think of anything. GeoH is on top of everything. They broke down how to use the visit and referral management in a way for me to quickly learn and be able to navigate on my own freely. Cons What did I least like about GEOH? The company has someone really helped me with the overwhelming feeling of billing and the worry of not getting claim approved. Pros I liked that GEOH takes the time you walk you through each and every step of the process. The company literally walks you through step by step, and make sure you are comfortable and provides the resources you need for any obstacle you may face. Not being funny I love that GeoH is a Indiana based company and I love the fact that I get to speak with a live person when I call. Pros I love the transparency, GeoH is very knowledgeable honest about the services that they provide. They are Indiana based company. Cons I have nothing negative to say. This company is spot on. This is the first company that does what they say they are going to do. I like that there is a help section that provides guidance on different issues. Cons It would help if it was a helpline for questions that you may not get clear answers from the help page. Cons What I like the least about geoh is when I just recently plotted certain schedules, It will not show up when I'm trying to extract it as visits. It will only show up like 5 hours later. And I cant forget my Billing Team! \[sensitive content hidden\] They made sure they emailed me and texted letting me know they are there to help me when needed! Pros Its very user friendly and the fact that Geoh can help with the billing is time consuming! Rather your company is big or small. Using this service is very well needed!
