They answer my calls immediately. Pros I love that. I am a new company and GEOH it’s easy to work with. The software is great. The clock in and clock out is amazing for my caregivers. Cons Being I am a new company I do not have any concerns about Geoh services at this moment but if I do, I would reach out. I’ve looked at other software’s for my small business and GEOH has far to past my expectations. Pros The intuitiveness of their software is amazing. It’s self-explanatory. You can edit as much as you like. The team is amazing. Especially the on boarding representatives. They give you clear, concise answers, and it was a breeze getting started. Cons Billing can be somewhat of a challenge if you truly don’t understand the revenue cycle. Understanding how the system works with the EVV San data software was a bit clunky, but resolved very quickly! It really helped simplify the day-to-day tasks in home care and made things more efficient. It definitely make a big difference and help take some of the stress out of the day. Pros What I liked most about GEOH is how it makes life so much easier for home care providers. The app takes the stress out of Medicaid billing and cuts down on all the manual paperwork, which saves time and headaches. It’s a real game-changer for staying organized and focused on what really matters—taking care of people. Cons Nothing… So far so good! I’ll come back later if I come across any problems.
