Pros The customer service support is outstanding; the Medicaid space is not easy to understand and with the partnership with GeoH, it's our billing process so much easier and error free. Pros I love the fact that if I ever had a question they have always been there to assist me. I have never had a question that they couldn't answer. I have also referred multiple colleagues to Geoh. Cons There is nothing that I have not liked about Geoh. Also I loved the fact that they were able to give me one on one support. And went over it until I was able to get it, they didn't just drop the ball and leave me out on my own. As a company they are just always striving to improve. They listen to their customers needs and they integrate the needed changes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Pros I love the ease of use and I especially love the customer service. It is so refreshing as a busy professional to pick up the phone and get to speak to an actual live person! They communicate well and resolve issues quickly. If they don’t have the answer you get another live person. It truly is no hassle and is one of my favorite aspects about working with GEOH. They also offer informative webinars to keep their clients knowledgeable about industry changes. Overall, GEOH feels personable and customer focused which I really appreciate. Cons Not really any cons the only thing I have are suggestions that I think would add to an already great service. One thing Id like is to see them expand to offering more service related features such as assessments and it would be nice to get notifications of certain issues like a user going over authorizations or especially not clocking out. When talking with GEOH as they were explaining their services they were friendly, and easy to to talk to. I didn’t feel like a number or just the next appointment. I Have been a customer with Geoh sibce I started my Home Care Agency, I get a lot of phone calls to switch softwares and I refuse. Pros There ability to stay updated with the current changes and keep their customers informed about the changes. I also love Geohs effort and capabilities to change their software to meet the demands and changes the state of Indiana makes. Cons I have no complaints. " December 13, 2023 5.0 Geo is the only app we have ever used in our business as far as scheduling and other things that they offer. I have no plans on switching companies at this time. I'd recommend Geo to others! Pros The app and site is fairly easy to use and get familiar with. I train my employees one time on it for maybe 10 mins and they don't have any issues. I use Geo everyday and we have had little complaints or issues. Cons The numbers may not always be accurate with authorization. There is two ways to check it that I know of and in the two years we've used geo its happened just a few times. Also, If you no longer have an employee make sure you delete them asap. If they're on GEO the following month you will be charged for them even if its just one day. Review Source Elisa M. GEOH has done a tremendous job of trouble shooting and problem solving promptly and effiently. The staff is kind and responds quickly with requests. They will contact me, in advance, with alerts or to see if i need any assistance. I was very sick one day and unable to work in the app. I sent an email to the billing team and they jumped in to assist. That meant so much to me, as a small business owner. I feel like GEOH is part of my team. Pros The staff and customer service make it easy for me to manage the business. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. They always respond promptly when we need help with either technical or billing issues. The app is pretty easy to use and navigate and having them help with our billing has saved us a lot of time and money. I do not have any cons about GeoH Reason for choosing GEOH Ben did a good demo explaining how the application works and the whole process and we were sold! They are there for you every step of the way. This isn’t a company that once you sign up with their company, you can’t get in touch with anyone. This company is helpful, consistent, and so much more! They give great information. They have a completely friendly staff! I work directly with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he has went above and beyond for my company and I’m forever grateful! He literally goes above and beyond his job title. His communication skills and fast call returns are unmatched! He deserves a raise! I’m more than satisfied with Geoh! Thank you guys!
