The experience has been positive. Pros Great customer support. Functionality and interface are easy to use. It's great value for the money with unlimited users. The workforce management and CRM are a great resource for keeping projects organized. Cons Customizing reports and views using the filters can be tricky to figure out. Not having the ability to export cost models or budget comparisons in a usable format to share with clients. Pros Buildr is easy to use, very customizable, and puts all of our data into one place. It is easier to hold parties accountable and assign them a quick task to fill out the information. Cons Not having the ability to apply specific filters to workforce views. If we were given these it would clean up our views that we use in our estimating meeting each week. They will continue to impact every team that partners with them in a significant time-saving capacity because of their curiosity and willingness to solve the time sucking tasks in the day to day. Pros I like how easy it is to use. Most of the processes within Buildr make sense from a general contractor perspective. They've done the work to understand how general contractors see things and process information, and have streamlined the workflows so it feels very familiar to me. The customer service team was very helpful and got information uploaded very quickly. Cons Sometimes software or items might be released a little bit too early. While they continue to improve and eventually become amazing and really useful, maybe withholding the release of software until it's fully integrated and the best version it could be would be helpful. Having a testing pool of general contractors that gives feedback before things are released to everybody else would help a lot. Switched from [Smartsheet](https://www.capterra.com/p/79104/Smartsheet/) Buildr is way more automated and less work to keep up everyday. It follows the streamline process that a project goes through without having to make custom reports. The Use of all facets from Setting Up, Deployment , Tracking and use of other Features make management from all levels easier. I would recommend this to any GC or anyone who has not tried Buildr. It makes the Closeout and Warranty Periods so much easier and efficient. Pros The ease of Deployment for Subcontractors to input all information required per project specs and company specifics. You can pull all information necessary in reports and send out to selected people. You can Filter everything , and see percentages of what is left to complete for each subject (IE Waivers, Cert of Completion , Warranty Manuels and Letters, etc. ). The warranty item submissions make it easy for everyone and efficient and you are able to communicate on Buildr with Subs via group chats so everyone can see and track the progress , you can can the Ques to Scheduled, Pending, Declined, Complete. You Can also set up a report a few times a week or weekly to overlook all warranty items and get them scheduled. The Ease of all facets make it mindless and simple for everyone. Cons I have not found a Con yet as I have used it for over 2 years.
