I don't have to change my password at all. Cons As normal process you could say it took a little bit of time to get use to this new product. The documentation including video tutorials have been extremely helpful. The technical support staff has always been available to explain how to do something or to help fix something that is not working as expected. Pros The greatest benefit to our organization is that ParishSOFT Giving integrates to our Family Record Keeping System. This allows statements of giving to include both online giving and gifts of cash or checks on end of year tax statements. Cons The most challenging aspect of this software is the creation of custom forms. However, the staff has been excellent in providing the technical support to help me create all forms that I have needed. The recurring donations has helped our Parish during the COVID-19. Cons Anytime, I didn't see a feature in the platform I called and they solved for me.
