There's very little it cant do as a stand alone tool. Pros The level of detail available is excellent, there very little that isn't available to analyse from backlinks to keyword research. The localised rankings are really excellent for a big business with a lot of branches. Cons Its an excellent tool, but it is quite expensive. While I believe it offers great value, not all budgets can fit with these prices. Also the interface is so detailed it can be a bit overwhelming at first. We tried running a test to check the accuracy of the ranks for the tracked keywords on STAT and it was very accurate. The other features and also excellent and worthy of exploring. Pros STAT has a similar interface to its peers regarding reporting and analytics. It can help you with features like keyword rank tracking, backlink analysis for your site or competitor, or monitoring monthly traffic trends for any website. It has an exhaustive keywords database to help you research new keywords. You can even integrate GSC data within STAT. Cons Since it is created by Moz and Moz is a very popular brand in the SEO industry this tool is very expensive as compared to its peers. Pros Stat's rank tracking is more detailed and useful than most other rank tracking platforms out there. They capture just about every SERP feature, have screenshot / HTML review, and a Google Data Studio Connector. Cons The UI feels like windows 2000. While they have a Google Data Studio connector, it is pretty limited, you can only pull about 30 days worth of data through it. Just one word. Pros As soon as I knew that STAT was acquired by Moz - I am a Moz super fan - I start wondering if it were the case to book a demo, and it was. This software allows you to have a real full analysis of your SEO and your competition; it deals with technical SEO too - a thing that is often skipped by other softwares, I don't know why; it gives you personal training. Cons It is costly. Today, you can find many SEO tools for free that can't be compared to a software like STAT, but that are good if you are starting your business.
