Due to the ease of use, I I usually create my own measurement reports with Roofr. However, the few times I have had the system generate the reports for me, the turn around time is usually within an hour or two. Cons I work in a rural area so not all addresses have clear imagery to use in creating measurements. However, simply snapping a screenshot of a roof off of google maps and uploading into Roofr works fairly well most of the time. September 8, 2020 5.0 I am very satisfied with using Roofr to assist my company with roofing estimates! Pros I have been using EagleView for my roofing business for the last 3 years. Recently, I switched to Roofr and have been extremely happy with the results. The pricing is much better than EagleView, and I like the fact that you can use their measuring tool to measure roofs yourself without waiting. Even if you choose to let Roofr measure for you, the roof measurement results are sent back in no time. I will be using Roofr going forward from now on. It gives you the opportunity to give the homeowner a full roof report and in turn gives you the professional look that you deserve. Pros I think it’s great that I can get a full roof report for only 10 bucks! The customer service is great! I made a general inquiry to Roofr and I had Andy give me a call within a couple days and go over the problem and gave me options to go forward. Cons I wish the coverage area was expanded further, a lot of my work is in smaller rural areas and small towns. It's about time somebody shook up the aerial measurement world. Pros Roofr has taken the aerial measurement industry by storm and has offered reasonable pricing with great service. I often have to measure roofs and Roofr just takes 1 less weight off of me. Cons Don't really have a lot of complaints. Its obviously a startup so you may experience some small quirks here and there. It is much cheaper than other competitors out there in the same software space. Pros I really have nothing but good to say about Roofr. Hixon’s Roofing Mississippi Gulf Coast office has used two other satellite measurement companies in the past and while they do the job just fine, they do not compare to the value that Roofr offers. I love that I have the option to manually measure a roof using Roofr’s technology. Getting my measurents within hours instead of days is great. The price is very reasonable. Negatives are that proper imagery is sometimes not available for rural areas and I have had some issues with accuracy. If the accuracy and ability to get reports for more areas could be improved then they would have a home run even at a higher price point. Pros A quick turnaround on reports. Cost is very reasonable. Paying 7 times as much for another product gives you no advantage. I can get the same measurements faster or draw my own for immediate measurements. Pros I love the fact that I can draw my own measurements for free. Helps greatly when I need a few measurements or when I need to give a quote. Also like being able to identify parts of the roof. Cons Drawing on the phone is a little tough until you understand it.
