Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit HeyRecruit, einem Bewerbermanagementtool, das es uns ermöglicht, effizienter und schneller als je zuvor zu arbeiten. Die Navigation auf der Plattform ist sehr einfach und wir können problemlos zwischen den verschiedenen Funktionen der Plattform wechseln. Dank der modernen Gestaltung des Tools kommen wir schneller an die gewünschten Informationen und können uns leicht zurechtfinden. Auf HeyRecruit können wir schnell und einfach Bewerberprofile erstellen, Kandidaten einladen und uns mit ihnen unterhalten. Dank der automatisierten Einladungsfunktion können wir eine große Anzahl von Bewerbern gleichzeitig einladen. Der Kundenservice von HeyRecruit ist sehr gut. Sie bieten umfangreiche Unterstützung und helfen uns bei der Beantwortung von Fragen und dem Lösen von Problemen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit HeyRecruit. Es ist intuitiv, einfach zu bedienen und bietet eine Vielzahl von Funktionen, um die Rekrutierungsprozesse zu vereinfachen. Mit seinem modernen Design und dem guten Kundenservice ist HeyRecruit eine sehr gute Wahl.

Cons

Es lässt sich einfach anwenden, es sieht modern aus und lässt sich leicht integrieren. Mit diesen Eigenschaften geht auch einher, dass bei besonders komplexen Projekten die Möglichkeiten begrenzt sind. Doch zum Glück kommt das sehr selten vor. Für solche Anliegen ist das HeyRecruit nicht konzipiert worden.

Great from start to finish. Sales and service is highly responsive. Also customizations were done very swiftly and we always got the same guys working with us on the other end, which i find highly apealing as you do not have to waste time on explaining again and again what you are doing or needing. At first I was doubtful that it would be easy to use but the opposite is true. Highly intuitive and easy to use for non tech people. Can easily integrate internal clients and so far no one had problems. Super happy with it, can recommend!

Pros

Very intuitive to use No specific technical know-how needed to use it with full functionality Great design on job ads Dashboard allows for high transparency on spend Has cut the relevant time required to hire by more than half Provides free job ad publication options

Cons

No strong cons, maybe some industry specific design options would be cool but in the end I could use our own pictures from our website to have our ads matched with our CI.

Wir nutzen Scope überwiegend für die Abwicklung der Stellenschaltung. Es erspart uns viel Zeit und wir können entsprechend die Zeit für wichtigere Dinge einsetzen.

Pros

Einfache Bedienung. Viele Funktionen selbsterklärend. Ohne großen Aufwand einer Installation.

Cons

Für unsere Bedürfnisse genau die passende Software.

Pros

Obwohl wir eine niedrige Mitarbeiterfluktuation haben, bekommen wir regelmäßig vielversprechende Initiativbewerbungen, die wir für spätere Vakanzen gerne längerfristig sichern möchten. Mit Scope können wir uns hierfür direkt das Einverständnis des Bewerbers einholen. Zudem kann die Bewerbung nach den Fähigkeiten des Kandidaten kategorisiert werden. So können wir unmittelbar geeignete Bewerber für eine entsprechende freie Stelle filtern, ohne nochmals alle CVs durchschauen zu müssen, was sich definitiv als eine enorme Zeitersparnis herausgestellt hat. Darüber hinaus bietet Scope den großen Vorteil, dass die Kommunikation mit den Bewerbern auf der Plattform integriert ist. Dadurch haben meine Kollegen und ich jederzeit die Möglichkeit alle Informationen rund um einen Bewerber mit nur einem Klick abzurufen und uns darüber auszutauschen.

Cons

Bisher hat Scope all unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als zufriedenstellend erfüllt.

Deutliche Erleichterung zu vorher, da jetzt alle Stellen hierüber und nicht mehr über die Homepage gestaltet und geschaltet werden können. Bewerber und ihre Daten fließen direkt hier ein.

\- Einfache und schnelle Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, ebenso deren offline nehmen. - Kommunikation mit Fachabteilung erleichtert, da kein Wechsel zu außerhalb von Scope nötig.

Der Gesamteindruck ist absolut positiv. Die Bedienung ist weitgehend selbsterklärend und auch die Nutzer außerhalb der zentralen Personalabteilung, sprich Mitarbeiter aus den Fachabteilungen, kommen sehr gut mit der Software zurecht. Bei Schwierigkeiten ist das Team von Scope uneingeschränkt erreichbar und löst binnen kürzester Zeit entstandene Problematiken auf. Solch eine Kundenbetreuung haben wir mit keinem anderen Dienstleister bis dato erlebt.

Pros

Die Software ist trotz des enormen Umfangs unserer Stellenangebote absolut übersichtlich. Wir haben die Möglichkeit eingehende Bewerber ausreichend vielen verschiedenen Benutzern zuzuordnen (da wir bundesweit ausschreiben, ist dies ein enormer Vorteil). Mit jedem Update entwickelt sich die Software weiter und bringt Vorteile mit sich, die benutzerorientiert sind. Kundenfeedback wird immer ernst genommen und fließt in die weitere Entwicklung mit ein. Die direkte live-Schnittstelle zu unserer Karriereseite sowie zu einigen weiteren Jobportalen erleichtern in vielerlei Hinsicht das An- und Abschalten von Anzeigen und ermöglicht eine direktes Einpflegen in das System, was im Vergleich zur manuellen Anlage eine enorme Zeitersparnis darstellt.

Cons

Mit der Suchfunktion haben wir benutzerseitig in einigen Fällen Probleme, da hier sehr auf Filtereinstellungen geachtet werden muss. Dies ist aber mehr eine Thematik des Bedieners und kann der Software nicht unbedingt angekreidet werden.
