I shy away from sharing it for fear my competitors will find and use it too, but I've already recommended it to 20 plus colleagues. Pros The software is easy to use and very very rarely doesn't find anything. I can always do a deep search if I need to. Cons Phone and Email validation are only available on the Chrome Extension at the moment, but that should be changing I've been told. Pros I'm a Sr. Technical Recruiter in the Americas focusing on technical sourcing for cybersecurity professionals. I have a degree in cybersecurity, and I use OSINT to find candidates. Person of interest (POI) searches are time consuming and the value of this tool is the ability to get bulk contact information fast. I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I can search and add contact information from the extension. I also scrape a lot of data from various websites and can perform bulk uploads quickly. This makes my recruitment marketing so much easier, because I can export the lists and upload it to my applicant tracking system. I then send SMS and emails to candidates. The real value of this tool is reducing time to hire in the recruitment process and speeding up sourcing. I consider this tool to be very cost effective as well. In one placement you will earn far more than the annual cost of this tool. Comparable tools cost more and aren't nearly as accurate. Swordfish has exceeded my expectations, don't hesitate to add it to your suite of recruitment tools. Cons I do not have any complaints. This is an excellent product! Pros Swordfish lets me connect with the right candidates for the best jobs. They spider for ways to connect, be it social media or online, and it works. The contact info is validated and accurate, and candidates are amazed when connected. I've hired a few through its success. Cons New privacy laws and guidelines mean less results, but 8 out of 10 is significantly better than other resources and much easier/faster than others. 100% improvement on ZoomInfo, which is clunky, old data and time suck. And told me to pay again to get them back Cons Most of the numbers were wrong. I do not know how else I'd find the prospect's contact info without Swordfish! Pros My favourite feature is how smoothly it integrates with my browser, making it very easy to pull up Swordfish and quickly extract contact information. The speed and accuracy of the software is very impressive. Cons I don't have many negative comments, I rely heavily on Swordfish for my prospecting and it has worked wonders so far.
