"Great software and easy to use!"
Pros: The software was very easy to use and navigate. I didn't have any problems finding my way around the program. I really enjoy being able to look at the status of assessments I have sent out. It makes it easy to keep track of which patients have or have not completed their assessment. The features are great as well; I can resend an assessment without any issues. Overall, this software is fantastic!
Cons: I didn't find any issues with the software.
"Time saving software"
Pros: I enjoy using the software in my practice because it saves a huge amount of time for such a comprehensive interviewing process. Also, the addition of adding diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders was very helpful.
Cons: Typing narratives can be a bit challenging sometimes, sometimes my typing gets ahead of what is captured in real time.

Overall: Over all, the Herdman Assessment Form is easy for me to use.
Pros: I really like that there are windows to let me take extra notes.
Cons: This is the first product of this type I have used, so I dont really have any complaints. After being trained to use it I found it to be pretty easy.

Pros: This software is great! It is easy to use and includes questions that help create a comprehensive impression of patient's experiences. Using this assessment form has helped us cut down on the time needed to collect information necessary for assessment and diagnosis and puts it into a quick and easy template for writing up clinical reports. It also includes a great feature to convert to a document that can be uploaded into patient files in our EHR. Overall it's great tool that helps save you on time and money!
Cons: There has been a glitch in converting to word documents that caused us to use more credits than needed but doesn't happen frequently.

Pros: This feature is so easily accessible and helpful when performing various assessments we need. This product provides a safe and affordable platform in order to most accurately depict the clients current state. This program supplies everything I need to most accurately assess the client. It provides clear questions, helpful tools, and the ability to utilize the service in providing reports.
Cons: When the narrative is complete, there are a few errors.
