The system is easy to use. Really have no complaints. Pros WorkPerks worked with me on all of my questions to get this set up - fast and helpful. The system is turnkey now that it's set up. I have complete flexibility as a business owner to change the payroll amounts for any individual paycheck. It was less expensive than other options I explored. Really have no complaints. Cons During set-up, we had some unusual tax questions and I differed with WorkPerks on some of the interpretation. Ultimately they turned out to be correct, but did not do the best job of explaining their position (I had to go search out state law on my own to determine their approach was correct). Reasons for choosing WorkPerks Same basic product/service, but WorkPerks was significantly less expensive.
