Pros

  • Excellent and friendly customer service once contact was made. Brilliant product, very stable and well engineered, easy to manage, all the configuration options required.

  • Overall, GoodAccess.com has been an excellent investment for our company. It's a solution that not only meets our security needs but also aligns with our commitment to efficiency and innovation.

  • GoodAccess has clearly outperformed our previous cloud VPN, demonstrating greater stability and speed. Where our office gateway fell short, GoodAccess has been there with effective solutions.

  • Overall I've been happy with GoodAccess. I've been with them since they were smaller and it's been nice to see them add in powerful features that help to simplify our infrastructure.

Cons

  • A lack of an obvious route to the customer service team. Once contact was made however, they were exceptional.

  • The symptom is that I cannot connect to internet at all after connecting to GoodAccess. I'm not sure what caused this issue exactly.

  • Our company operates worldwide and many clients limit their business to their country by blocking the application for the rest of the world, so we cannot access it either.

  • We didnt realize yet, there could be something missing.

"Premium VPN service at $1.9/user – excellent!"

Overall: Finally, an affordable & easy-to-use VPN for small businesses. The cost of $1.9/user in GoodAccess is much affordable than other solutions starting at $8/user. It’s also a user-friendly experience. 10/10.

Pros: Excellent! Fast & stable connection via desktop and mobile apps. Premium service without compromise just for $1.9/user. Great customer support. Can only recommend it!

Cons: Really not much. We’d also appreciate a Linux app. It’s suited best for 100 users – but if you contact the sales team, you can get a custom offer.

"Great solution for companies"

Pros: The easy setup, daily monitoring reviews and support for the different OS. We never worry about network issues like we did before!

Cons: What goes for all VPN providers, you won’t do an easy switch or comparison once you use it.

"GoodAccess"

Overall: The system provides access to other systems and is a consistent product.

Pros: GoodAccess is an easy to use application and generally consistent. Customer service has been very helpful.

Cons: Updates can be challenging at times but have been successful.

"VPN of choice for our Remote workers"

Overall: Overall experience has been great, even though the company is not based in North America, anytime I had a question or concern and reached out I had a prompt response back from their customer support.

Pros: Great customer service, reliable and simple to use. Their system is much simpler to set up then the other companies I had tried and perfect for what our company needs are.

Cons: Wish they offered custom packages for fewer than 10 users needing access.

"Good Access"

Overall: Excellent! Eve has been our go to, if she didn't know the answer, she would find someone that did. Very helpful!

Pros: Customer Service, hands down, the best, quick responses and very helpful. The auto start is also very helpful, when you log on in the morning, the program starts working!

Cons: When there is a product update, the program doesn't work, you have to log off and update, restart and then run the program. Having an email sent prior to the update so we can make sure all the employees know they have to update and restart for the program to work effectively.

Alternatives Considered: ExpressVPN and Norton AntiVirus

"Very Good Service They Provide!"

Overall: The experience is the best, this is the first VPN Static IP provider that I used and never regret using it.

Pros: I like the ease of using the software, Stability and Good Service it gives.

Cons: The Customer service is not 24/7 I guess. I need to wait 12 hours for a representative to respond when I had a little problem.

Alternatives Considered: NordVPN
Reasons for Choosing GoodAccess: I only have a small team and it serves best. I purchased two gateways and using them until now since I started.

"Totally satisfied customer"

Overall: The product does exactly what I need it to - provides me and my team with a static IP vpn

Pros: It works exactly as expected and it is very easy to get team members to use it

Cons: I have not found any flaws and have absolutely nothing to complain about

"Excellent Value"

Overall: Hands-down, I would recommend GoodAccess to anyone needing a VPN for their business. The service and support is great, and the value is unparalleled.

Pros: GoodAccess VPN is an outstanding value and provides everything we need. The VPN is reliable and fast. User security is easy to maintain with SSO against our GSuite. Their customer support is fast and effective.

Cons: The documentation on SSO setup was slightly lacking detail. I see it is being expanded though. We ran into an issue with the GoodAccess app not working on Macs. However, it was resolved swiftly after we reported it, and has not returned.

Alternatives Considered: NordVPN
Reasons for Choosing GoodAccess: Price price price! GoodAccess had all the features we wanted at a much lower price.

"Good and simple "

Overall: GoodAccess ensures that remote employees can securely access company resources

Pros: Dedicated business VPN with 35+ gateway locations.Simplified remote access to business resources.Good security measures, such as identity-based access control, traffic encryption, and MFA.Easy deployment, both on mobile and computersCost reduction in network security management.

Cons: Nothing relevant, it just works as expected

"Solidly performing and secure static IP service"

Overall: We require secure connections with clients, and GoodAccess provides the functionality for that to happen.

Pros: Pretty easy to set up, lots of useful guides provided.

Cons: Didn't have any issues with the product. New version of the product seems simpler to setup on PCs and Apple Macs than the original version we were setup with.

"Goodaccess VPN"

Overall: When I decided to use VPN, I tried lot of companies but finally I found GoodAccess!

Pros: First of all you can enter the site and read what you will get after payment, this is very important. They have supper support team, if something, just click and they are standing next of you and know how to help you!

Cons: In this app you can't manage sites(block), but they are making updates very often, therefore maybe this will not be problem in the future !

"Good Access VPN"

Overall: Overall, GoodAccess is fulfilling all the requirements we have, no issues with connections, no issues with the apps. Will be interesting to see if new features or features suggested will be implemented in the future.

Pros: We have just moved over to Good Access a few month ago after using a different service for the past 2 years. After a lot of research we have find a solution, which is suitable for a small sized business and covers all the features we'd require. It was very easy to implement Good Access, they have very detailed knowledge base available on their website, which made the roll out much easier. They even had information about the MSI deployment, which I found very useful as that was also something we needed.

Cons: The trial period was not long enough. After the trial finished, certain functionalities broke as they got stuck, when we continued with the basic package, which didn't include the extra features. Needed the help desk to have the stuck premium features removed - this was resolved swiftly though

"Great for resource management in remote workgroups"

Overall: It is one of the few options that there are to have one or more exclusive fixed IP for the company. With GoodAccess we resolved secure access to our environments for all remote developers and freelancers, it has a wide facility and options to grant access to different members. We use GoodAccess all the time since we all work remotely.

Pros: Static IP for whitelisting, Stability, Client lightweight, manageability from the portal, relevant statistics in dashboard and notifications.

Cons: Would be great to be able to add specific access rules for different users or groups using the same IP.Sometimes the updates are very frequent.

"Great product"

Overall: Great experience. It's cheaper than others and haven't had to think about it.

Pros: It works for a large team of people connecting to a static IP around the world.

Cons: Interface is a bit dated, but it works great.

"Very good to use and stable vpn"

Overall: Overall my experience ahs been good and we even renewed our subcription fo rhte second year 4 months ago. this vopn is helping us improve our security and also improves our conenction

Pros: Easy to configure. Agent is stable(connects when you want it to) and beautiful MS SSO intergration Access control MFA on login Internet connection is good when connected to the vpn

Cons: Support chat is only available week days 8 to 5 cet

"GoodAccess was the simple and efective solution when pandemic hits"

Overall: We solved the possibility to let our employees work from home and being connected to our office, its something we were looking for because of corona and in the end helps us to grow better.

Pros: The software was just too simple to set and work properly, we were looking for fast, secure and quality audio transmition and we are so happy that GoodAccess was recomended to us so our agents can reach phone calls with the clients via voip provider using the office ip from their home and that was what we need during pandemic. What I have to mention is the service which is always helpfull and never blame us as we were experinced with a lot of other companies.

Cons: We didnt realize yet, there could be something missing. At least for our use

Reasons for Choosing GoodAccess: It was incoparable. GoodAcces was cheap, easy and safe to set up and their support was just perfect. Than the main thing that they exactly provide what we need. Its transmiting calls.
Reasons for Switching to GoodAccess: We were trying other products untill we get to know GoodAccess we could not even use it properly, than GoodAcces made it so simple and effective

"About GoodAccess"

Overall: I have been using GoodAccess for the last one and half years. It's very easy. Everybody can access and use it in a very easy way. Previously I used NordLayer. But as per my opinion, I always go with GoodAccess.

Pros: Its very easy to use and user friendly.

Cons: I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

Reasons for Choosing GoodAccess: I used NordLayer, But i did not renew and go with GoodAcces.

"easy to use and setup"

Overall: great and easy, also great customer support

Pros: as the IT set up person I can recommend this for large organizations considering how easy is to setup

Cons: it needs more accurate gateways, not a deal breaker

"Excellent VPN service"

Overall: We are using GoodAccess to have an easy-to-use VPN server to access several devices for remote assistance. We require a 24/7 stable connection which is offered by GoodAccess. Great overview and access logs and easy installation.

Pros: User-friendly software that is very easy to use and set up. Excellent customer service that helps to solve every question immediately. In-depth technological knowledge and immediate response. Great product to use!

Cons: None, everything is working as it should be. The development team is making regular updates.

"Solved our problem"

Pros: Works flawlessly, near 100% uptime, simple and easy interface and stellar customer service. If you are looking for a stable VPN solution, look no further than GoodAccess

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, it works great!!!

"Fantastic Static VPN"

Pros: Good Access is super easy to get started and offers very good protection for the entire team. Getting a static VPN isn't something all providers offer and GoodAccess were able to accommodate this at a very good price point. We switched from NordVPN for these reasons.

Cons: It can sometimes be a little heavy on memory use.

"Amazing VPN Product - I use it everyday."

Pros: It's really easy to set up and assign team members. The user interface makes it very easy to use. We use it as a VPN and restrict access to company resources.

Cons: There's really nothing not to like about it. It does everything I need at a great price.

Reasons for Choosing GoodAccess: I needed a product with Teams and a dedicated IP at an affordable price. This one checked all the boxes.

"Easy to use VPN for small business and remote workers"

Pros: I really like how easy it is to implement GoodAccess and invited employees to the platform.

Cons: I think more education about VPNs for the non-IT educated business owner and why this is great option for remote workers.

"Fixed IP with no fuss"

Overall: Very good, friendly support with staff with excellent English.

Pros: I just need a fixed UK IP address so I can connect to my servers remotely with a 4G connection. It all works very easily in the background.

Cons: No issues at all. It works when you turn the computer on.

"Perfect as static gateway for globally distributed team"
