Pros

Zion vem ser tornando um dos WMS mais completos do pais e sempre abertos a novas ideias e atentos as movimentações do mercado.

Cons

A entregas de versões sempre são muito morosas e dolorosas causando grandes impactos na operação, precisamos ser mais rápidos em colocar nossas ideias e projetos em funcionários, tempo é nosso maior inimigo.

Utilizo o Zion WMS desde 2013 e sempre consegui atender todas as demandas das operações com os processos do sistema, quando precisamos de algum processo específicos o time de CS sempre nos atender super bem e com diversas alternativas para o melhor atendimento da necessidade

Processos bem definidos e de fácil entendimento Amarração fiscal Suporte técnico Facilidade na criação e parametrização de novos clientes

Dentro os software dito de "prateleira" a Zion em minha avaliação é melhor do mercado visto a disponibilidade deles em evoluir o sistema junto ao cliente, sendo eles bem participativos durante todo o processo.

Pros

Interação com os usuários e abertura para desenvolver qualquer customização e abertura com suporte, consultores.

Cons

Alguns processos ainda demoram e não acompanham a velocidade necessária de nossa empresa.

Sistema com muitas funcionalidades, requer usuários experientes para ajuste dos parâmetros ou contratação de consultor para explorar os melhores recursos possíveis para ter uma operação fluida e segura.

Pros

Versatilidade e recursos de intralogistica default a disposição dos usuários para customizar processos e parâmetros de entrada, armazenagem, picking, conferencias e saída com uma infinidade de opções e parâmetros por depositante e podendo ser inclusive por SKU.

Cons

Funcionalidades diferentes para ambiente em nuvem com relação ao ambiente local, sendo que o ambiente em nuvem está muito mais evoluído, principalmente na questão de dashboard. E falta de vídeos e manuais para os usuários tirarem duvidas de forma pratica dentro do próprio sistema.

Como parceiro de longa data, a Zion WMS trouxe competitividade e confiabilidade aos negócios da Comercial Milano Brasil Ltda. As ferramentas oferecidas pela Zion são aderentes às nossas operações e proporcionam grande agilidade nos processos.

Cons

A ferramenta é bastante robusta. Não diria que há algo que menos gostei, mas sinto falta de mais dashboards e gráficos para a parte gerencial.

No ponto de vista geral e em comparação aos outros sistemas similares de mercado, o Zion WMS é um dos sistemas nacionais mais completo e descomplicado de se usar.

Pros

O módulo de controle de estoque é muito diversificado em nossa empresa usamos para diferentes tipos de produtos e temos controle em quilograma, tonelada, peça, unidade metro e o sistema atende muito bem. Outro ponto positivo é a possibilidade de o cálculo de cobrança ser feito de forma automático com configuração de regras de cobrança. Além disso a possibilidade de emissão e gestão de documentos fiscais torna o sistema muito mais funcional.

Cons

Vejo que ainda está em evolução a questão de integração com outros sistemas e a mobilidade de tecnologia recente.
