The back end calling and texting features are great, wished they had the fax incorporated also but the messaging app and cell phone connectivity is great, the calls are always crystal clear for me. The security is easy to set up and share with multiple team members. Easy to set up text campaigns!

Pros

Excellent value for the money, Get to pick local or 800 numbers, has really nice answering service, Can track all of your calls easily, AI or human phone support when you need it. Phone System rings to multiple cell phones easy to set up answering service, sounds very professional. Overall A+ rating. Easy to learn the system is point and click.

Cons

The 10DLC requirements are tricky. Having the right policies and procedures in place to get approved for text messaging took me awhile to get the bugs worked out. The help was amazing on this and I should have asked for help on it first.

I am supper happy with the calls being sent stright to my phone with no hassle. Making starting my business as easy as it could be. I 1000% recommend using this service. The price is so convenient for everything it offers.

The fact that it is such an easy set up proccess. Your able to do directly from your phone or laptop.

Features and up time is very good. Even if you have to add the new number or change forwarding, it is easy to do so.

Cons

as of now everything works fine, but when you choose new number, it does take some time and if you need new nuumber on real time, it becomes a problem

So far so great.. I only had to contact them once and that was very easy (unlike most companies) They listened and addressed the situation and it was effortlessly handled immediately.

Pros

Our company is has been in business for over 35 years and previously we've only had the (non) choice of expensive providers with expensive monthly fees to forward a toll free number to our number. And virtually no way to have any sort of vanity number.. Along cones 800.com and we now have very affordable forwarded toll free and a great vanity number to boot!

Cons

I guess I could make up something but there's not anything to dislike about this wonderful service! It's like magic!

Difficult to say because my mailing list has been delayed. Hopefully when my list is going through the process i can respond more effectively.

Pros

800 #. Hopefully this is effective when it collects leads to call back. I'm hopping that my investment pays off!

Cons

The price is more than i was thinking of paying. Perhaps the first month or two at no cost then commencing with payment.
