Convenient..affordable. alot of flexibility. Tech support is quick on responding and very patient with newcomers like myself.

Cons

I really dont have any complaints so far. Nothing negative at all thus far. MAYBE a 24 hr tech support for people like me that work late nights.

Overall I have been pleased with the seamless experience of the virtual phone service linked to my cell phone. It allows me to do business on the go by forwarding all of calls and texts The value for the money is hands down among the best available.

Pros

I love the professional support and the low cost of the service. Whenever I call in with a problem the representative stays with me until my issue is fully resolved.

Cons

The online interface is not exactly intuitive. It takes some effort and learning to use the tools to set up your services.

Super easy to set up! The dashboard is easily accessible and relatively intuitive, though it feels a bit outdated.

Cons

It's been difficult to set up SMS given compliance issues and I wish there was more account management / hands-on help.

Overall, it’s a good app to use just a bit of adjusting. I had 100.com for over a year now I love how I can have all of my communication needs handled in one spot as far as having my phone and fax and that I can adjust with automated system systems and text messaging.

Pros

I like how 800.com has the app to utilize it makes things easier to get to, but I would like it to also have the same features as the website

Cons

The app does not have the same features as the website and it seems that I do not get calls. Sometimes they drop or do not go through. I want to be able to have Khols come through to my phone from the app so I can see the numbers instead of having to forward my number

Cons

Not sure what I don't enjoy about 800.coms service. The call forwarding services are well thought out and easy to enable and disable on a whim.

Fantastic. The whole process was very easy to set up. The sales staff and the tech support were all fantastic.

Pros
