"Happy and highly recommend"

**Overall:** Overall, it’s been an exceptional resource for business tool as we run a business that is very phone call heavy and needs messages received in an expedited manner.

**Pros:** Easy to navigate and a user friendly dashboard. Forwarding calls and having the ability to show multiple staff to receive calls has been a positive experience

**Cons:** The process can be very detailed. If one tends to not be as skillful with technology, he or she may become frustrated with the array of available features.

"Easy Setup, Strong Support, Minor Call Transfer Issues"

**Overall:** Overall, our experience with 800.com has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, easy to set up, and delivers exactly what we need in terms of managing business calls efficiently. Their customer support team stands out—they are quick to respond and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re running a business. While there have been occasional issues with call transfers, the overall reliability and ease of use make it a valuable tool for our operations.

**Pros:** The setup process was extremely easy and user-friendly, allowing us to get up and running quickly without any technical challenges. Additionally, the customer service has been excellent—responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed.

**Cons:** At times, call transfers did not go through properly, which created some concern around potentially missed or lost business opportunities. Improving the reliability of call routing and transfers would make the service even stronger.
