I was sure if everything was correct. Called for support & your rep sent me to an email. I can someone called me back to help me, but I wasn't able to talk @ that time. I was advice he would call me back, but I never heard from anyone.

Pros

nothing, other than I have a toll free number

Cons

I'm not sure how it work. I not getting much out of it. If you call the number it hang up, instead of being route or allowing them to leave a message

I was referred. Also I didn't know of anyone else

Pros

Customer service was the best! I love how they helped me find the perfect numbers to easily be remembered by my customers. Thanks for having such a great product!

Cons

I wish there was an app to easily link me to the numbers for the calls I miss so I could easily return phone calls. But the set up that exists is adequate.

solved the issue of being able to provide an 800 number for our employees to call in for various issues. We love it!

Pros

I love that this product has the option to send a text message and email when someone calls.

Cons

It was a bit hard to navigate the portal, but once you figure it out, it is fairly user friendly.

Pros

The software allows me to recieve calls, record them and have a professional presence for my solo-enterprise.

Cons

It takes a little bit of expertise to set it up on your own.

Pros

Customer service is great. Everytime I have had to contact them they were very good at explaining and helping all issues.

Cons

I really don't have any cons so far using this platform, everything has been very reliable up to this point

My experience with has been everything I needed and more. I needed a solution for a toll free number and didn’t know that I would be able to have a fax option as well. It has come in handy multiple times.

Pros

The software for makes for an easy integration with my business and has been a reliable source for my toll free use and faxing.

Cons

I have not run into any problems with the use of this software yet.

I originally chose for the best price, but was happy to find that the service was good as well.

Excellent experience thus far

Pros

It’s incredibly user-friendly and very easy to use, even for non-tech-savvy people like me. And the customer service has been exceptional, which is most important to me.

Cons

So far, I haven’t seen any issues, but I really haven’t started using it much yet.
