It's great for companies with multiple location and even just a small business with one location. You can create your entire phone system in one console that is very easy to use.

800.com is the best place to acquire and manage your phone numbers for all your business needs. Whether it's tool free, local numbers, and any sales and marketing number...they will give you the ability to quickly and accurately obtain and manage those numbers efficiently.

I don't have anything bad to say about 800.com I've used it for several of my businesses over the years and I've never been disappointed.

The setup process was quick and easy — I didn’t run into any confusion or technical hiccups, so the learning curve was minimal. While I haven’t made or received many calls yet, the interface seems straightforward, and call management features look easy to navigate. With the few calls I have made/received, the call quality was excellent. From what I’ve seen so far, everything runs smoothly with no bugs or glitches, and the platform feels secure In terms of value for money, it seems fair given the features offered — especially for small businesses like mine that need reliability without a complicated setup. I haven’t used team collaboration features yet, but it’s good to know those options are available as my business grows. Overall, setup was effortless, the system works as expected, and I’m off to a good start.

I have some difficulty on the website since I am blind and I use screen reader software, so it does not always read everything to me. so I sometimes spend too much time trying to find the ansers

I love the customer service aspect where I feel 800.com is always there and very helpful in the process when I need it, plus I love the features they offer such as setting up personalized voicemails for certain situations of when you are open or closed so the client is not neglected and know information when there is a moment you can't at that second get with them.

I wish it automatically has your business at the caller ID people can add my business name as their caller ID but I wish it would appear automatically when you signed up.

Overall the experience that I had was a 9/10 there was only thing that I have a gripe about. But I will continue to use the service because it's simple, easy to understand and gives me the maximum amount for what I am looking to spend monthly.

Pros

I like that #1 I was Able to create my own number. Also, the process was easy and simple to follow through with. More importantly for the money that is charged monthly, I do think that you get the most bang for your buck.

Cons

The one thing I didn't like was that I entered a number that I wanted to use and when I typed it in, since that exact number was not available it abbreviated the number for me, but didn't notify me to either change the number or give me a heads up that the number was going to be altered a bit.

We have used 800.com for a few years now. We absolutely love the professional look that it gives our company. It also gives our customers an easy to remember phone number especially when they are seeing our vehicles while driving past theirs. We love being able to send and receive text messages as well. They have an online portal and an app. We keep the app on all our phones because there is a way to transfer the 800 number to other phone numbers. We use this often when we go on vacation and love the ease of forwarding the calls to our office manager. We keep our account on autopay as well, so it makes it even easier to not have to think about paying it each month. I highly recommend to any company who has been thinking about getting an 800 number!

Pros

We love that you can access 800.com through the website or the app. You can transfer the 800 number to any existing number with much ease. This makes it easy to transfer to various employees or numbers for any reason. We love the professional look it gives our company with a number easy to remember for our clients.

Cons

Only issue we had was needing to be "verified". This caused a bit of an issue because in order to be able to send text messages to our customers from the 800 number, we needed to have our website developers add in an opt in/out button. This didn't make much sense considering we only text our customers if they request it or if they send us something. But it was an easy fix and as long as you're not texting from the 800 number, it's not required.

I'd go as far as saying 10/10. No issues, customer service was excellent and I was able to successfully port over my old office number which was my biggest concern

everything over is ok i mean the features are nice and value is good, compared to others we have used this is great, for us we just have a issue with not being able to send out message even after being approved

Call management is great and i like the orginazation, the learning curve isn't hard to deal with. and very easy to work with.

the one prime issue we have now is the messaging and texting. even with the approval the old rejected one i still in the way and the client support is very slow and never picked up phone during working hours after multiple call attempts.

### "Don't Waste your time, they will waste yours."

This was overall and awful experience. They are unprofessional and they system is subpar too way to long for a number to be activated.

Pros

The only thing I liked most was the number was easy to establish and get set up, it only took about 10 minutes.

Cons

They are quick to take payment, but 3 to 5 days to set up a number is not reasonable with todays technology. We were scheduled for an "Onboarding Zoom Call" and 15 minutes after said scheduled time, we were rescheduled with no notification by email to later in the day. Our time is valuable and wasting it is not good business practice.

### "Comprehensive service at a good price"

Had a phone call with the sales team and they explained the features and went over the new AI and call recording features that were very helpful

Pros

Features and prices for unlimited phone service and vanity number options were better than other carriers

Cons

Not much, very simple to use so far, plus all of the settings and functions are quick and easy to adjust

Excellent 12 out of 10 like honestly when I say they have made my business receiving toll-free calls 10 times easier I mean the experience is the best I’ve had overall a lot of companies

Pros

Convenient and essy literally I can talk to clients all day all night and receive calls at any time. It also even allow you to be able to text clients.

Cons

Nothing I honestly can’t even think of anything bad to say about this company. I mean, if you can’t think about something bad to say about this company, you’re probably just doing it because you have nothing else better

I looked at Zoom Phone before moving forward with 800.com. The process felt difficult from the start. I had multiple account managers reaching out and I never received a clear answer to simple questions. The back and forth slowed everything down and made the setup feel confusing. I needed something easy to start and easy to understand, so I moved on and chose 800.com instead.

### "Good tech - good value"

Good service - picked out a good number - tech works well I also appreciated the reliability—calls were clear and consistent, and I never experienced downtime.

Pros

Good technology and value. Helpful staff. how simple and intuitive the platform is. Setting up a toll-free number took just minutes, and the user interface made it easy to manage call forwarding, voicemails, and analytics.

Cons

Their customer support was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.
