I was able to find a number that worked well and could be remembered by people easily. I paid for the service and connected just one line to my cell phone as that is what I use for calls on the go. It worked immediately after set up.

Pros

is very easy to set up and works almost instantly. I have had a few phone calls, they were very clear and told me it was a 1-800 call coming in and could see the actual number calling. It is a great service and I highly recommend it!

Cons

I don't have anything that I do not like at this time as it has worked great for my business. Everything about is easy and inexpensive and suits all of my business needs.

It's great for companies with multiple location and even just a small business with one location. You can create your entire phone system in one console that is very easy to use.

Overall the experience that I had was a 9/10 there was only thing that I have a gripe about. But I will continue to use the service because it's simple, easy to understand and gives me the maximum amount for what I am looking to spend monthly.

Pros

I like that #1 I was Able to create my own number. Also, the process was easy and simple to follow through with. More importantly for the money that is charged monthly, I do think that you get the most bang for your buck.

Cons

The one thing I didn't like was that I entered a number that I wanted to use and when I typed it in, since that exact number was not available it abbreviated the number for me, but didn't notify me to either change the number or give me a heads up that the number was going to be altered a bit.

It’s helped me create a true separation for my business and private calls. And also track calls and customer engagement.

Pros

Ease of use and the flexibility of the dashboard. Requesting new numbers and configuration is simple. Anyone can do it.

Cons

So far nothing to complain about. I am receiving all my calls and I am able to review in my console.

### "The best transition I've had"

I'd go as far as saying 10/10. No issues, customer service was excellent and I was able to successfully port over my old office number which was my biggest concern

Pros

The service was easy to start! We didn't have to go through a long onboarding process and get bombarded if we didnt have the time.

Cons

I would have to say really nothing. Was a great smooth transition from our other provider. I wish other companies made it this easy.

Overall, it’s been an exceptional resource for business tool as we run a business that is very phone call heavy and needs messages received in an expedited manner.

Pros

Easy to navigate and a user friendly dashboard. Forwarding calls and having the ability to show multiple staff to receive calls has been a positive experience

Cons

The process can be very detailed. If one tends to not be as skillful with technology, he or she may become frustrated with the array of available features.
