Pros

What I like most is the ease of use and how quick it is to get started. Everything sits in one place and the steps make sense, which helps me stay focused.

I looked at Zoom Phone before moving forward with 800.com. The process felt difficult from the start. I had multiple account managers reaching out and I never received a clear answer to simple questions. The back and forth slowed everything down and made the setup feel confusing. I needed something easy to start and easy to understand, so I moved on and chose 800.com instead.

### "Great value is for sure"

everything over is ok i mean the features are nice and value is good, compared to others we have used this is great, for us we just have a issue with not being able to send out message even after being approved

Pros

Call management is great and i like the orginazation, the learning curve isn't hard to deal with. and very easy to work with.

Cons

the one prime issue we have now is the messaging and texting. even with the approval the old rejected one i still in the way and the client support is very slow and never picked up phone during working hours after multiple call attempts.

### "Great Call Features, But Text features Could Be Easier"

Overall, my experience with 800.com has been positive. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do when it comes to managing business calls and maintaining a professional presence. However, improving accessibility to customer support especially through texting would take the experience to the next level.

Pros

Easy to use : What I liked most about 800.com is how easy it is to set up a business phone number and manage calls in one place. The call forwarding, voicemail, and tracking features are very helpful for staying organized and professional. It’s a solid solution for small business owners who need a reliable communication system without something overly complicated.

Cons

Not able to text my customers: What I liked least is that it’s not as easy to text customers as I would prefer. In today’s fast-paced environment, having a simple and direct texting option for my 800 # would make the experience much smoother and more convenient, especially when you need quick answers.

Good service - picked out a good number - tech works well I also appreciated the reliability—calls were clear and consistent, and I never experienced downtime.

Pros

Good technology and value. Helpful staff. how simple and intuitive the platform is. Setting up a toll-free number took just minutes, and the user interface made it easy to manage call forwarding, voicemails, and analytics.

Cons

Their customer support was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish.

This was overall and awful experience. They are unprofessional and they system is subpar too way to long for a number to be activated.

Pros

The only thing I liked most was the number was easy to establish and get set up, it only took about 10 minutes.

Cons

They are quick to take payment, but 3 to 5 days to set up a number is not reasonable with todays technology. We were scheduled for an "Onboarding Zoom Call" and 15 minutes after said scheduled time, we were rescheduled with no notification by email to later in the day. Our time is valuable and wasting it is not good business practice.

Excellent 12 out of 10 like honestly when I say they have made my business receiving toll-free calls 10 times easier I mean the experience is the best I’ve had overall a lot of companies

Convenient and essy literally I can talk to clients all day all night and receive calls at any time. It also even allow you to be able to text clients.

Nothing I honestly can’t even think of anything bad to say about this company. I mean, if you can’t think about something bad to say about this company, you’re probably just doing it because you have nothing else better

Very good. I have no complaints. Easy to set up. Easy to set up voicemail. Overall very easy to work with.

Pros

Easy to set up with the personalized phone number I wanted. I like that I could pick a phone number that easily identifies what my business does.

Cons

I wish it had a hosting function. I would have liked to have a separate phone line for my number. No big deal.

I've had the best experience with 800.com, because of the professional support received when I needed help. I also love how easy everything is and is already explained on the site to the point where I can manage my own number online.

Pros

I like the support provided in maneuvering through the site and understanding how it works. It is user friendly and I was able to easily set up my number by myself being guided from basic steps from the site.

Cons

I don't like how I have to wait for the payment to be due, rather than being able to pay ahead of time.

I had a superb experience with the user-friendly website. I was able to pick the number that lines up with my cell number, so they are same.

Pros

I love the fact that it rings into my existing cell phone. I printed my business cards with the toll-free option, and they look so professional.

Cons

I love all of it. I honestly cannot say anything negative about the service. Having a toll-free number puts my mind at ease that I will not lose any calls.

Great experience overall. Had some minor bugs / issues that we had to navigate at first, but great usage case. No complaints. Does the job well

Pros

Very useful. Exactly what I needed. I really like the voicemail set up feature . We were able to set up a very professional voicemail in a short amount of time using the built in tools .

Cons

I have noticed some minor bugs with the app. Some issues with calls being immediately dropped . Also some issues with calls being inaudible at times or failing to go through. This usually resolves following a closing and reopening of the application . Also ran into some call routing issues at the start , but got that squared away. No problems since .

The ease of use - with finding a number, porting a number, setting up the call flow, setting up voicemail. The transcription service is also very nice. I also love the user interface!

Cons

Maybe cost - it's a little bit more expensive than competitors but I found it to still be competitive.
