Call quality is excellent. The features are rock solid and easy to use. Likewise, the tech support is quick to reply and with the appropriate advice. The customer service was able to resolve an issue with ease. I would definitely recommend them to other colleagues.

The one-star rating accurately reflects my experience. The quickest call I’ve ever received from a company representative, excluding sales, was after we had rated the firm.

Pros

The sales guy was great. JK was great he had great follow up.

Cons

The support is utterly appalling. Whether you use their portal or try to call, it feels like a small company with no one available for assistance. We had to attempt to set up the account twice. The first time was successful, but then the setup was erased without any notification. To our surprise, they arbitrarily added new fees for toll-free calls from certain areas outside the US, like Puerto Rico. No other provider we contacted charges for these calls. At over 50 cents a minute, their service becomes the most expensive.

When speaking with our customer support team and JK, it looks like there may have been some confusion on what the minimum initial charges are for calls to and from PR vs our per call rate. Although our team was able to port in your numbers and complete your initial onboarding on 4/30. It looks like there were no further calls or outreach to our support team after, and only to JK, so we were not able to respond. Outside calls to PR are not 50 cents a minute, but do carry an initial minimum of $15 before we bill, depending on your plan. We are happy we were able to make contact with you and explain the situation. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and wish you all the best moving forward.

First of all, the customer service I received from \[sensitive content hidden\]! He was THE most cheerful person and THE most helpful. I had set up my account and ended up making a mess by adding a second account instead of a second number to the account. He not ony cleaned up my mess and set me up with one account that saved me money, he went way beyond what I expected and continued to work with me setting up my account, the profile, the greetings. He didd the set up for me. And all with such cheerfulness and we laughed a lot, becuase i really did make a mess of things! Secondly, after using 800.com for a few days, it is so easy to use. I really like that you can set it to ring at multiple numbers. And receive the voicemail message alerts in your email.

Cons

Not really a con but the only challenege was trying to get the AI voice to pronounce our company name correctly! It's still not perfect but good enough.

Over all this was a good experience. It took minutes to obtain the number, fast easy and local. The only issue I had so far, last week somebody ( I’m guessing a robo caller) called that phone number over 170 times in 3 days. I was able to get ahold of \[sensitive content hidden\] I believe, and they walked me through a solution that helped. Yes it was maddening!!

Pros

I loved the convenience and ease of setting up my new local number. I don’t have to use my personal number for business and I’m not required to carry a second phone!! The new local number rings straight to my current phone.

Cons

I’m not quite good with having to setup SMS I guess I’m spoiled with that all already done in the background with conventual cell phones. But it minor in comparison to other options.

We've only been using 800.com for a couple months but so far we are happy with the service. Overall, no complaints and would recommend to others.

800.com was easy to set up and has been easy to use thus far. The dashboard and settings are intuitive and easy to understand.

Cons

Overall, everything has been good. Its a bit confusing that the recommended numbers for vanity lines have an extra digit but upon testing we figured out that you can leave the last number off if needed.

Audio quality for voicemail message was not the best. They tried to help us with the quality and we weren't able to improve it much.
