has helped me streamline incoming calls for my business. I was able to find a working memorable novelty number and the call routing features are great.

Cons

Not sure what I don't enjoy about 800.coms service. The call forwarding services are well thought out and easy to enable and disable on a whim.

We've been using for our RoofMaxx business, and it's been a game changer. The platform is easy to use, the call forwarding works flawlessly, and the voicemail transcription helps us stay on top of every lead. I also really appreciate the ability to manage everything from my phone or laptop without any hassle. Great customer service and reliable performance—highly recommend for any small business that needs a professional phone system.

I find the service a huge help when I am too busy to answer call. I am happy with the choice of voice and tone of the AI voices.

Pros

I use 800.c0m for my small business and it is GREAT! It makes my small business seem as if I am a large company with many employees. I am a current client that is very satisfied with the service and recommend it to anyone that needs help with answering calls

Cons

I am still figuring out all the features and how to check messages when I am away from the office. I am only able to check on messages and calls from my laptop . I am sure its another way to check I just need to adjust my app settings

makes it extremely easy and affordable to get and manage 8XX numbers for your business. highly recommended.

Cons

The only issue we experienced so far was connecting our 8XX number to WhatsApp for business. The issue might be resolved by contracting customer support.

I'm a satisfied customer and am pleased with the service.

Pros

The customer service is excellent. If you reach out with a question, they often answer within hours, and with pointed details. Plus, the services are at great values for small-business owners.

Cons

The only complaint I would have is with the text-verification feature. There should be more information on the necessary steps and information for application approval early on; but, as I've proceeded, the team has been quite helpful.

They are extremely helpful and reachable if you have any issues. I strongly recommend using them for your needs!

Pros

Onboarding was super easy and they were super helpful in helping us get live. They gave us a discount for trying which made the barrier to entry very low.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to try to figure out the right package to choose but our representative helped us and we figured it out.

We started with a basic need of a custom number for a specific client. With new business processes came the need to have more numbers with SMS and email capability. made this quick and easy to set up and was very affordable as well.

Pros

The ease and quickness of setting it up. They had the exact features we were looking for.

Cons

Missing a few small features but the pros of the product outweigh the cons.

So far it was seamless with no issues. Right out of the box we were able to forward and accept calls and set up VM messages easily.

Pros

how easy it is to forward calls to your phone and then use the app if you need to call back someone.

Cons

how hard it is to set up texting though some of that may be requirements by law. but I have not been able to do it.

### "Great solution for small business call tracking"

Have been using them for a little over a year and it's been smooth so far.

Pros

Their pricing was the most competitive for our needs.

Cons

Their website logs you out after X amount of time inactive. I like to keep the inbox up all day long so I can monitor incoming calls, but that is not possible without constantly going back to the tab every so often and refreshing it to stay logged in. I wish that was able to be revised.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience. I use the 800 number on my Google listing only and it seems to be working. I’m excited to grow enough to use it on a billboard one day!

Pros

Early on in my subscription, I was told by a customer that they tried calling my 800 number and I never saw that they called. Customer service resolved it right away and tested it to confirm that it was working efficiently. It’s nice working with a business that responds to customer concerns.

Cons

It took a while for me to find an 800 number that I felt like people would be able to remember because they must be so popular that everything I wanted was taken! I ended up with 1-855-MURALIST and I’m super happy with it.

The number I received from the company. It's relatively easy to remember. I also like what I get for the price I pay.

Cons

The billing is a bit of an issue for me. Would like reminders of when the bill is due, how much, and if their is a late fee.
