It's been great. I appreciate the service.

Pros

The affordability, timeliness getting set up after some kinks, and customer service assistance.

Cons

Not being able to set up the line on my own once it was activated. The number w active on my website several days and I didn't know until I called to test it that it wasn't ringing or going to a voicemail. Customer service did get it worked out for me and everything working the same day.

Pros

I appreciate that receives my calls And voicemail. I received an email with the documentation of interaction. I also appreciate that I was able to personalize my number based off of my business name really cool and I’m so glad that the number was available.

Cons

I would appreciate for to have an option where you can hear or screen who’s calling first before deciding to answer or not.

I have recently started my 800 service and it has been amazing! I was trying to set everything up and made an error and when I called support they immediately where to fix it and get my service set up just as I wanted. There are so many more services that are included that I was unaware of until I started setting up my account, the service is amazing!

I didn’t understand all of the benefits that came with my service.

It was easy, efficient and there have been no issues since our number was activated

Pros

It's very easy to set up, the service was activated quickly, which helped my company be able to meet the needs of a toll-free patient advocates line. Due to the ease and speed of this set up, we are looking into adding more lines.

At this point, we have not experienced any issues.

I have been using for years in my businesses. Even though the 800 as in toll free concept is not really needed any longer, the features and functions that we use make our marketing and customer response lives much easier.

Pros

It allows for small business to have multiple numbers for marketing purposes without having to make changes to the business phone structure.

Cons

It would be great if the forwarded number could identify that it is from a specific 800 number but then show the actual caller id that is calling.

We recently signed up for , downloaded the app, and have been using it seamlessly. We used to use GoDaddy conversations, which were so behind everything, not to mention crashing all the time. 800.com customer service has been great, helping me set everything up. I highly recommend it. I wish I had found it sooner.

Customer service and the ability to run campaigns and the ease of use on the app and desktop.

A little pricier than others, but so far worth it.

Easy to use with online portal to create presets for incoming calls.

Pros

The number has been a lifesaver. I am a solopreneur and only have my cell, no landline. I used to get heaps of solicitors calling at all hours. 800.com allows me to create a barrier between my business and my cell using presets. I can give customers my cell to call/text directly if they need urgent help. Otherwise marketers/solicitors leave a message. It’s brilliant!

Robo and 1-800 spam calls can still get through presets.

When you never, ever have a reason to contact a company's customer service department, that is a good thing! It means you are getting everything you expect from the service. That has been my experience with for the entire time I have used it.

Pros

Sometimes what you want most from a service is for to just to work the way you expect -- all the time. That has been my experience with for the past 7 years. I rarely (if ever) log into my 800.com account because there is no reason to -- my 800# just does exactly what I want it to do day in and day out. What more could you want?

It was easy and affordable. So far my calls are coming through exactly as expected. The voice mail forward to email and text messaging make it very powerful for a solo.
