Excellent service. Of all the other phone services I researched, this one was the most economical for all the options offered.

Pros

Great pricing, and works very well. The recorded messages, call forwarding and notifications are very good.

Cons

It was a little difficult to set up hold and answering messages.

### "Disappointed with support"

When we needed to transfer a number, it took over 30 days and support was unresponsive with no phone option. It generally took over 2 days to get an email response. At one point we even lost the number temporarily because support would not provide the appropriate codes

Pros

The ease of setup was nice. It was pretty smooth. Finding the right phone number could have been done with a better interface though.

Cons

The cost is high for the level of service provide. Support is impossible to deal with. As an IT professional with over 20 years managing support operations, this is really unacceptable.

After looking into your account and the support communication, I see that you requested a number be ported, which we completed within 72 hours and then there was an issue after the number was ported away from us. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do when we no longer control the number. We hope this issue was able to be resolved.

Positive! I would say that I honestly haven't used it enough to share specific painpoints, but overall it's easy to set up and intuitive.

Pros

Super easy to set up! The dashboard is easily accessible and relatively intuitive, though it feels a bit outdated.

Cons

It's been difficult to set up SMS given compliance issues and I wish there was more account management / hands-on help.

I used 800.com for my business and it really surprised me how effortless the setup went. It took me mere minutes to get my phone service up and running. I had only a brief period of time where I used the service, it was basically a super handy makeshift solution until my businesses' telecoms were fully functioning.

During the time I used the services from 800.com there was nothing that brought up any problems for me.

The phone app is great and easy.

Cons

We have to use EZTexting for most of our texts because we can only use so few characters with 800 text. It didn't used to be that way. When I called to inquire I was told someone was working to fix it Can you let me know if there is a work around? \[sensitive content hidden\]. Considering cancelling 800 text and just using EZtexting

It's ok regarding calling via the business line and receiving business calls, a professional look. As for the text feature, I am not happy.

Pros

It's good; I can direct my business phone number to my line. I can also see analytics regarding call time and set up voice messages specifically for a purpose.

Cons

The text feature works but does not appear as a text message on my line. I would have to go into the 800.com app to see text messages. Also, when I attempt to send a text message via my 800.com number, I am unable to do this because the business number I have is not recognized. In other words, I can receive text messages, but I cannot send them.
