It's ok regarding calling via the business line and receiving business calls, a professional look. As for the text feature, I am not happy.

Pros

It's good; I can direct my business phone number to my line. I can also see analytics regarding call time and set up voice messages specifically for a purpose.

Cons

The text feature works but does not appear as a text message on my line. I would have to go into the 800.com app to see text messages. Also, when I attempt to send a text message via my 800.com number, I am unable to do this because the business number I have is not recognized. In other words, I can receive text messages, but I cannot send them.

Pros

I used 800.com for my business and it really surprised me how effortless the setup went. It took me mere minutes to get my phone service up and running. I had only a brief period of time where I used the service, it was basically a super handy makeshift solution until my businesses' telecoms were fully functioning.

Cons

During the time I used the services from 800.com there was nothing that brought up any problems for me.

My experience was good, easy to find the number, easy to purrchase and easy to configure

Pros

Very easy to complete the process and the price is reasonable.

Cons

Has nothing to do with 800.com, but wish more (800) numbers were available.

It is easy to use. The dashboard shows all of the analytics you want to know regarding the use of your 800 number. It does what I need it too.

Pros

I wanted a 800 vanity number. 800.com allowed me to get the exact number I wanted.

Cons

If you don't use all of your minutes, you lose them. There is no rollover or credit for unused minutes.

VERY responsive when I have questions. Also easy to use again. There were some things that were not needed or I didn't have as features and it cluttered up my user experience in the interface but once I got it down I know where to go now.

Pros

Easy to set up and easy to use. Payment is also affordable.

Cons

the interface seems outdated and I didn't know that I wouldn't be able to get texts because of my industry before I signed up. I know its not your fault but the possibility wasn't even in my realm of understanding that it could be denied.

What a disappointment. I canceled my service last year and I just see they charged my credit card several hundred dollars. I’ll probably never get that money back

Pros

It was easy to set up in the beginning other than that I’m very disappointed

Cons

No customer service. I canceled the service last year and I just see that my credit card was charged full price again. Now I am trying to get a hold of customer service again
