Overall we have been using it for I believe 9 or 10 years now and we have no plans of switching.

Pros

We are alerted when a voice mail comes in with an attachment. It also keeps a record of previous calls that came in.

Cons

The setting up of our messages and the options a caller could choose was a little difficult. We figured it out but could have been more simple

Our experience with 800.com has been very positive. We can trust the 800 numbers to work and transfer properly without worrying about downtime or technical issues. Additionally, it was easy to purchase the numbers we wanted to use & the interface is user friendly. Highly recommend!

Pros

Very easy to use, clear instructions. It's a set it and forget it type of thing because it works really well.

Cons

Sometimes forget that we have it because we aren't checking it that often!

Overall, I’m happy with 800.com. Although, I wish there was a guide where we could access all of the features that come with the monthly plans.

Pros

I like that I could chose the number for my business. I also liked that I was able to choose a number with words.

Cons

I don’t know all of the tools that 800.com provides. I just learned about facing and I just learned about text marketing. I didn’t know it was available until I just happened to find it.

Cons

I had to utilize support but I wouldn't say I disliked working with them.

They didn't have the vanity number I needed.

Overall the features are great and priced very affordable - the inbox should be split by numbers or users. We shouldnt have just one inbox for all users. Extensions would be greatNot receiving calls only notifications and thats with desk app and phone app open and active

Customized 800 number. Routing calls. call recording. text messages. it's an elite phone system.

Cons

There are no notifications when a call was routed multiple times and not answered. it could be there, an I have not found it.

Overall okay and affordable but can use some improvements.

Cons

As a small business owner on the go the App is critical. Unfortunately the functionality is limited and the app is very glitch.Works great on desktop but lacks the ability to answer calls on desktop. It would be great to see a call coming in and being able to answer.

Pros

What we liked the most about 800.com was how simple it was to set up, how helpful the customer service team was, and how easy everything was to understand in regards to solving our problem when we needed to purchase a new 1-888 number that suited our small business.

Cons

When we were looking for a 1-888 number on 800.com, we searched for a number that included the word CONSUL and were given a list of options. What we didn't like is that we didn't look too closely and those options did include part of the word, but not the full word. This was more on us than on 800.com, but we feel that the way that those options were displayed made us feel like it was easier to get something than we originally thought.
