I still get my messages and texts from my clients and that's very important to me; Even when I can't answer calls; Which I can't right now just because I am too busy at the moment. I always get the messages in real time and they even have AI Agents that can take your calls for you and just do a whole bunch more stuff as well which is very helpfull; Taking the messaging service into the outer limits.

Pros

I really really like 800.com. They are pretty Cool and fasinating actually. They are very understandable people that really care about their clients and their businesses. If difficult times arrive they are there for you and work with you. I've had more than one of those moments. Their pricing is very fair, and the quality of their products is amazing. I will always remember how they really aided me and helped mme succeed with my business.

Cons

800.com can really be busy sometimes depending on when you call because their so popular. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to call you back, which they do pomptly.

Overall, it’s a good app to use just a bit of adjusting. I had 100.com for over a year now I love how I can have all of my communication needs handled in one spot as far as having my phone and fax and that I can adjust with automated system systems and text messaging.

Pros

I like how 800.com has the app to utilize it makes things easier to get to, but I would like it to also have the same features as the website

Cons

The app does not have the same features as the website and it seems that I do not get calls. Sometimes they drop or do not go through. I want to be able to have Khols come through to my phone from the app so I can see the numbers instead of having to forward my number

I really love this software as it has been easy to integrate with my cell phone. Its super easy to use the app. The customer support is also very easy to get ahold of them if you have issues.

I wish the auto messages had more features. For example, i had auto text set up for the 1st text message. But it will continue to send after every message. Wish i could set it to send just once.

Very happy with the sales, service and app! I would not hesitate for a moment to sign up with them as a small business owner if you're looking for a reliable service with a custom number~

Pros

It's a quick and easy set up, I've tested the system and have had zero issues with receiving or making phone calls from the app. The cost is relatively low compared to what I'm paying for our office phones through another company and honestly, I'm considering switching over in the future to this service simply because of its ease of use, low cost and the fact that so far, absolutely no bugs or glitches in the software. The sales team has been incredibly helpful, they walked me through the setup and were very clear on the features and benefits of the program but didn't do a hard sell - they also discussed the potential cons of the system for our company. Overall very happy with it, it's a reliable, secure system that I'd not hesitate to sign up for.

Really nothing, I love that I could pick out my own number mostly - it wasn't completely customizable but close enough.

Very good experience for us. We were able to take down the number we wanted and get the call routing up to speed in no time. Routing is very professional and adds peace of mind to our customers that they're dealing with a well run business.

Pros

The website and mobile app interface is easy to learn and works seamlessly. It's a great value for the money; a whole phone system for a small business like ours where we dont have a lot of time to train things like this. We plugged it in and same day were using it like pros.

Cons

The SMS verification is hard to understand. We haven't done it yet. I realize they want to stop spammers, but the how to and definitions are not clear. There should be more diagrams and explanations. We are still using our other SMS system.

I have some difficulty on the website since I am blind and I use screen reader software, so it does not always read everything to me. so I sometimes spend too much time trying to find the ansers

I contacted 800.com to inquire about setting up service for my new company. I wanted a vanity number. They were able to provide the number I requested and have it forwarded to my cell phone. I was very impressed with the speed of the process. As a bonus, I also get text messages with a transcript of the voicemail messages that I receive. I highly recommend 800.com to anyone but especially small business owners who want to "look bigger". 5 star!

I have no cons so far. My experience with them has been perfect from the start. It is also very reasonably priced.

We have used 800.com for a few years now. We absolutely love the professional look that it gives our company. It also gives our customers an easy to remember phone number especially when they are seeing our vehicles while driving past theirs. We love being able to send and receive text messages as well. They have an online portal and an app. We keep the app on all our phones because there is a way to transfer the 800 number to other phone numbers. We use this often when we go on vacation and love the ease of forwarding the calls to our office manager. We keep our account on autopay as well, so it makes it even easier to not have to think about paying it each month. I highly recommend to any company who has been thinking about getting an 800 number!

Pros

We love that you can access 800.com through the website or the app. You can transfer the 800 number to any existing number with much ease. This makes it easy to transfer to various employees or numbers for any reason. We love the professional look it gives our company with a number easy to remember for our clients.

Cons

Only issue we had was needing to be "verified". This caused a bit of an issue because in order to be able to send text messages to our customers from the 800 number, we needed to have our website developers add in an opt in/out button. This didn't make much sense considering we only text our customers if they request it or if they send us something. But it was an easy fix and as long as you're not texting from the 800 number, it's not required.

Pros

They are a very supportive business. They always give excellent cuatomer support which is very vital these days.

Cons

Sometimes the connection is a little wonky when talking to customers which makes it frustrating at times
