Pros

The system enabled us to centralise all customer data. It also helped us to streamline services and pricing packages.

Cons

The system is built for standard class bookings so there is some additional and ongoing development required to ensure it works specific to the various services managed by our company.

In2 helps us structure our membership process. We are now able to have everything centralized in one place with a very user-friendly interface. the team is very supportive and always has a solution to the challenge we are facing.

Cons

Some features are still not available, however, when pointed out to the support team, they work on its development to improve the user's experience.

Pros

I was easily able to subscribe to workout classes from the mobile app fora whole month. The trainer \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was reactive to send all necessary information prior to the start of the class.

Cons

There's no in-app messaging feature. The trainer could not message class members via the mobile app directly. He had to contact the subscribers on a separate platform to send the online meeting link and other relevamt info.
