And support is incredibly responsive. Pros It captures lead ads in a single place or you can integrate it into multiple platforms VERY easily, and it does it all without fuss and in record time for quick follow up. It's also does email autoresponders so you can automate follow up which is a huge bonus. It's also better value than other competitors. Cons Not a lot t be honest. If anything a PDF resource that I could share with stakeholders to demonstrate the incredible value Leadsync offers, and get their buy-in. Switched from [Meta for Business](https://www.capterra.com/p/213257/Facebook/) I used to have to setup CRM integration if Facebook for myself and for clients, and it was a tedious nightmare. Leadsync makes it really simple to setup and FAR easier to manage leads in one place and have notifications sent as son as they happen. I hesitate to even write this, but it actually should cost more than it does. It's a great value. Pros It's super easy to use Easy to add new pages, forms and email addresses The data it forwards to our team (and clients) is very valuable Easy to integrate with Facebook and our CRM (we use Ontraport) Never had any tech issues in 2+ years of using it Cons Not a single con that I can see. It's flawless. Alternatives considered [Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/) Reason for choosing LeadSync This was way easier to use (not nearly as complex to put in motion) and way less expensive. We do use Zapier still for other things we need integrations with, but the email notification in real time is easier to set up with Lead Sync and there are not sending limit issues like we have run into with Zapier. They've taken days to respond to both chat and email inquiries only to provide false information. This has happened on multiple occasions. Review Source NN Nav N. Excellent customer service, up time and an essential part of our marketing stack. Pros LeadSync has been easy to use, the interface has a clean and intuitive design so anyone without a technical background can setup it in a matter of minutes. We can easily sync our leads allowing our sales team to immediately contact potential clients which has drastically improved our lead to sale conversion rate. Also, the auto-responder is a killer feature as we're able to further qualify leads, enabling the sales team to prioritize their time and resources. Customer support is the best. Anytime we have a question or problem with Facebook (it happens), \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team are there to help. Their response time and level of knowledge is fantastic. Plus the customer support seems to be very responsive and helpful. Pros I like the fast notification of new leads plus the ability to send that new lead an email and text message automatically. Cons I had some issues setting up and getting the app to work correctly. However, I received excellent support in getting the app to work correctly for me.
