Excellent. We have got this tool integrated with 4-5 of our platforms namely appexonline.com, cfarersworld.com, appel.events, bulksigner.com and we monitor all of these on day today basis.

The Fibotalk staff were really responsive and got me up and running fast.

Pros

I really liked the ease of use vs. google analytics. It is much easier to understand and integrate with my web site. The dashboard also shows me how my users have navigated through my site. This has been useful not only in marketing, but also debugging issues.

Cons

Very easy to use and integrate, so nothing negative.

Google Analytics is just too difficult to implement and FiboTalk provides a proper user behavior analytic.

Quick implementation, it was very easy to integrate. I can create charts which I understand easily. I get user list on whom to focus. This tool is handy for our customer success team

Email integration to communicate with customers would be nice
