Quando queremos encontrar algo, é fácil de achar. Tem um campo de busca que resolve 90% desses casos. Cons A Nomus em si até pode ter soluções boas. Mas o suporte e atendimento são tão ruins que certamente utilizamos nem 50% de suas soluções. Se há um problema, parece que o suporte é treinado para dizer que não é culpa do sistema, em vez de auxiliar na busca por soluções. Fora os períodos que não respondem ou que respondem de forma negligente, direcionando para que criemos gambiarra para resolver o que não conseguem ou não se esforçam para entender a dificuldade. Recentemente estou há 10 dias sem faturar por um problema na comunicação do sistema da prefeitura onde eles dependem da geração de um xml de erro da Nomus e o suporte SEQUER responde se há como emitir tal xml ou não. Lastimável. O sistema atende. Mas se for contratar, certifique-se de quem tem alguém responsável direto pela implantação dentro da sua empresa, pois se depender do suporte para auxiliar, você estará em maus lençois. A interface é intuitiva, o que facilita a adoção pelo time sem a necessidade de treinamentos longos. A plataforma roda na nuvem com muita estabilidade, o que nos dá confiança para depender dela no dia a dia. Um dos maiores diferenciais é a cobertura dos módulos: conseguimos gerenciar produção, comercial, financeiro, estoque, projetos e chão de fábrica dentro de um único sistema, o que elimina retrabalho e melhora muito a visibilidade do negócio. Outro ponto que merece destaque é o ritmo de atualizações da plataforma.
