The biggest benefit has been that we can now service our customers much faster than we could before. Pros One of the best features of Opkey in my opinion is the pre-built case library with thousands of test cases that enables us to run tests across multiple clients at once. Cons Support can be a bit hit or miss. While we sometimes are able to contact them in minutes, other times it takes them hours to get back to us. Our employees are very happy, now that they no longer need to perform long, boring, manual testing. Pros Our MS Dynamic test cases were very flaky, and required a lot of work to maintain with each update. Additionally, we had to manually check for faulty test scripts. The process was completely tiresome and took weeks. With Opkey, our tests heal without needing any manual work, which saves us a considerable amount of time. Cons We have had no problems with Opkey so far. We are now able to complete the test cycles in record time without any added labour, thanks to their keyword-driven directory. Pros Opkey lets all of our employees take part in test automation—not just IT. Their test discovery and test accelerators easily increase our test coverage, and Opkey’s drag and drop interface is really simple to understand. Cons Nothing! The quality of the product and the service is great. The product is intuitive, so the learning curve was really quick. Opkey is one of the best test automation tools I’ve ever used. Opkey even helped us save a huge sum of money during the process. Pros I am particularly impressed by the automated report generation features in Opkey. The reports are highly accurate and will give a picture of whether our product complies with the certification standards. Cons Apart from the lack of an open communication space, I do not have any problems with the platform.
