We are solving the problem of not knowing who to contact on certain buildings that we realize are in damaged areas or we can tell they have damage from the ground. The benefits of this are huge because the are usually quite expensive jobs and it allows use to provide value to a customer that might not even know they had damage!

Pros

Access to contact info of the people you NEED to talk to for the sale, instead of receptionists. The ability to prospect anywhere and use filters to help narrow your search criteria.

Cons

I think in the export process if there was a way to select the information you wish to have exported instead of everything at one time, it would be a lot cleaner and faster to sift through a lot of data.

Reason for choosing Reonomy

We chose Reonomy because it was clear that they are at the top of their class, not to mention everyone we have worked with is super nice and very helpful!

I like how easy it is to find phone numbers, the entire interface is helpful

Cons

I'd like to see all of my tags be attached to the true owner. I have called the same seller on a different property multiple times and it is frustrating

I use Reonomy to write real estate evaluations for our commercial lending department. We primarily write loans for religious facilities, and while I can't always get the full picture from Reonomy due to classification issues, they appear to have a better databank for the information I need than I have been able to find elsewhere.

Pros

I like the many filter options that allow me to narrow down my search when I'm looking for commercial comparables.

Cons

The filters are occasionally not accurate - type of property isn't always categorized correctly - but that is likely more to do with the way the assessor reports the property.

We are finding and securing the contact information for hundreds of leads. Excellent product!

Pros

I love how customizable the software is and that it is easy to use and conduct research for leads.

Cons

It is solely a research product, there is no good way to keep track of leads or any type of CRM capability.

I liked that it gave a couple different options as who the owner is.

Cons

I didn't like how the owner info often wasn't updated. I came across a lot that it was the wrong number or address.
