It comes at an extremely competitive cost. Cons Initially it was the UI, which has since been updated to a sleek modern look. Qpro would be great if it has custom reporting. Pros HoduPBX has been a great fit for my business. It scales easily and handles tons of calls without a hitch, plus features like IVR, SIP trunking, and real-time analytics keep everything running smoothly. The webphone and mobile support make remote communication super easy, which has been a huge plus. Cons Since they upgraded the user interface, I havent seen any other issues.
