We have had great success partnering with Hodu in keeping our costs down and delivering top VOIP Service to our clients and tailoring the system to our requirements

Pros

HoduPBX has great scale, Ease of use and support after implementation has been exceptional. It comes at an extremely competitive cost.

Cons

Initially it was the UI, which has since been updated to a sleek modern look. Qpro would be great if it has custom reporting.

I've been using HoduPBX for a while, and overall, it's a great IP PBX system with a good set of features.

Pros

HoduPBX has been a great fit for my business. It scales easily and handles tons of calls without a hitch, plus features like IVR, SIP trunking, and real-time analytics keep everything running smoothly. The webphone and mobile support make remote communication super easy, which has been a huge plus.

Cons

Since they upgraded the user interface, I havent seen any other issues.

Hodupbx is a very robust system which use the best solutions we have in terms of technology and all this with a very high level technical support

There is no negative point, Hodusoft have full control of the solution so any needs can be achieved with development

Pros

Their system is already set up so it's easy to use. There are few features you get on a pricing which are very expensive with competition

Cons

Modification/customisation is little expensive and cumbersome. That needs more streamlining.

Cons

Great solution Creating new customer profile takes a long steps, these steps are important, but hope to find easier way to do that

Pros

Tenant based, Web GUI, Low spec requirements Admin panel very detailed. Tenant and extension logins very useful. entension login can be seen very detailed, IP, port, device.

Cons

So many modules has in it related with Costs and Billing. We are not using them.

HoduPBX is amazing, moreover the Hodusoft entire team is very helpful and supportive.

Pros

The software has all the features which are needed for a big enterprise or specially an Internet Service Provider. The Hodusoft Presales and support team is excellent. I have never come across such a dynamic team.
