It's an indispensable tool that has saved me from many an error that would be judged sloppy if left uncorrected. Cons I'm aware that I could be extracting additional value from the software by customizing certain functions. Is it the software's fault that an effort is required to do so, or my fault because I'm too lazy to figure out HOW to do so? Mostly it's just that I'm fully satisfied with what it does fix. After using it, I can rest easy knowing that my edits are the best they can be. Pros PerfectIt is so easy to use and catches inconsistencies in a fraction of the time it would take me manually. I absolutely love the new integration with CMOS. It's truly a game changer! Cons While I primarily use CMOS and love that PerfectIt has a CMOS style checker, it would be nice to eventually have the same capabilities for other styles I occasionally use, like APA.
