Using Ispring free gave me confidence to select this software. Pros During our free trial, Ispring customer service was much better than the other LMS products we set up free trials at the same time. Cons Just getting started. We are a small nursing home & were unable to purchase a multi-year contract which included additional on line education with Ispring developers. But, the price is high. Inadequate response when dealing with the finance matter. Pros It's more user-friendly software which can be used by an organization for e-learning. Add-on Spring tool in PowerPoint enables us to design attractive ppt presentations. It also enables us to set learning tracks for different groups. Cons There is no inbuilt-text-to-speech option. Hence, we need to use other third-party apps to add narrations.
