From my experience, UniOne achieves the claimed delivery rate, and the service works excellently. The user account provides convenient statistics with all necessary key sending metrics. In addition to high deliverability, I also want to highlight the very friendly support staff who are happy to assist clients with any questions. We contacted support during business hours and received quick responses, but overall, their support operates 24/7, which is very convenient for international companies with offices in different time zones. Additionally, the service has a simple and clean UI that isn't cluttered, making it easy for even beginners to navigate. The system retains the statuses of emails that are marked as undeliverable, unsubscribed, or reported as spam. While you can locate these emails and reset their status, this action is limited to twice per day per account.
