Overall: It is going well. We are also exploring new features and case studies with the teammates

"Anakage review"

Overall: It was Ok..

Pros: being an automate software, its help to fix the issue instantly which save time & workforce.

Cons: Anakage has limitation for most of the software as its work on perticular sets of scripts which sometime didn't help to fix the issue.

Overall: It reduce the Desktop support work .

Pros: User friendly to help users very frequently

Cons: Dont have least things in Anankage software
