Pros

Malabrigo Rocks!!! We order online almost exclusively now. The site has a natural organic flow. We particularly the sorting system by SKU, Color or Name. The "In Stock" or "Out of Stock" feature is just fantastic.

Cons

Scrolling the left panel will not scroll if your cursor is not directly on the panel, otherwise it scrolls the main screen. It is also difficult to get to the very bottom options of the left panel.

### "I'm very happy with FlowSmith"

Orders come in processed, digitalized and with no mistakes. Our clients are happy, they feel comfortable and use their free time to place orders, which really makes things easier. If they buy more is because they really value what they need. Occasionally, some will share our products with their own clients and offer products they have never even bought before which decreases risks for our clients. And on the other hand, they can check stock themselves online.

Pros

The most amazing thing to me is how simple it is now to solve things that before Flowsmith used to take hours.

Cons

I haven’t yet found what I like the least about Flowsmith, in fact, if there was something I didn’t entirely like, we had it modified.

Reason for choosing Flowsmith

Flowsmith is completely adaptable to my products, it has a beautiful design and doesn’t get stuck like our previous solution. It also allows us to promote products and sales and change things as we adjust to it. Being able to have our real-time stock online has been a great step forward. The design is so neat and elegant that we’ve gotten compliments on the product pictures when in fact, the pictures are the same, but with the old design no one noticed them.

Not annoying which is high praise.

Pros

adding things to cart is simple, check out is mostly simple

Cons

Having items in numerical or alphabetical order would make ordering much easier and I don't like not being able to correctly choose an address for shipping. I am stuck using my billing address and have to make a note each time to clarify which shipping address I wish to use.

Thank you so much for your review! We are glad Flowsmith has helped optimize your ordering process. You can change the order in which you see products by selecting from the drop-down menu options on the top right corner, next to your cart. Basic options are: name (alphabetical) and SKU and depending on the seller further options may be available for sorting, like "color card".

We are very happy with it.

Pros

This was the perfect solution for our company, a frozen food distributor in Miami. - Easy to use and install. - Great customer support! - Our reps love it! It took our reps almost a day to send us their orders and now they are in Quickbooks as soon as they place it on the wholesale website. We used to have a person dedicated almost exclusively to Quickbooks order entry and now that person is free to do other tasks.

Cons

Not really, It took a couple of days for the website to be up and running, but we don’t really have any complain

Wonderful and easy to use. I order more from Malabrigo than any other wholesale company because it make my shopping experience fast and easy.

Pros

The website designed with this software is very easy to use. It is clear to see what is in stock and how many are available. It is updated immediately. The shopping cart is so easy to use. It is such a pleasure to use this website/software to do my wholesale ordering. It is the best I've seen out there and I've seen plenty. I visit it all the time to see what is in stock.

Cons

I really have nothing negative to share.

Easier ordering means it's easier for us to restock :)

Pros

We use this to order from a vendor. They have it set up to allow us to see what's in stock (and how many units), as well as placing orders online. This means we can keep our retail website up to date with product details, pricing, and photos. Using this software has made it much easier for us to place orders!

Cons

Would like to be able to order out of stock items and have them ship when available.

Using the software allows me to order at my convenience. This has become a very important tool in running my business.

Pros

The software is very user friendly. Being able to order any time of day is very important when you are running a small business. I find the feature of my order still being where I left it should I get interrupted a very useful tool.

Cons

I have not found any problems with using the software.

It's done the job. The pictures are reasonably accurate, the website is organized, it's very easy to use.

Pros

It is very easy to use and seems to keep accurate inventory.

Cons

There should be a time space for holding product in cart. Have had items I just put in my cart disappear before immediate check out. If I leave product over a half hour, understand it leaving.

It was very easy to use. Navigation bars were clear and everything was just one click away.

I would love for the photos either to be bigger or to be able to click on them for a larger view.
