Pros

Very user friendly, has helped our practice out tremendously. We are able to send out payments, reviews, and paperwork seamlessly. I love how we can get an in depth practice analysis at all times

Sometimes connecting to support can be troublesome. But overall our questions are answered in a timely manner this is me being nitpicky

So happy we made Adit a part of our team! It’s well worth the price. It helps streamline some of our front desk work giving our staff more time to spend with the patients and also helps better remind our patients via text and email. It works seamlessly with our program Officemate as well.

Pros

Great, easy to use platform. Adit offers lots of help through their customer service, and anyone I have worked with there has always been super friendly.

Cons

The voice option for leaving messages is archaic. It’s not a nice voice like Alexa or Siri but it sounds like the 1980’s version of a robot. (Picture the War Games movie computer voice ‘ Would you like to play a game?’ We had that once before like 17 years ago and it confused old people badly.

My overall experience with Adit has been wonderful. I get notifications when my patients text, it is very efficient as far as the service goes! I would recommend any practice to switch their system over to Adit! It is very easy to use and so very convenient!

Pros

The pros that I like most about Adir is when I have to contact patients, I can makeup templates that I can just use when it’s the same topic. It’s really nice to be able to not have to type out a whole long conversation and I can just use a pre-saved template. This helps me manage my job tasks very well and I definitely think that we are getting our 100% use out of this app in full!

Cons

I have not experienced any cons or disadvantages so far with Adit thankfully and I hope I don’t ever!

We love adit. it has saved us money, boosted our communication with our patients, and is keeping us more organized.

Pros

We love the communication we can now have with our patients with the addition of adit to our practice. Its very cost effective. We have saved a lot of money since joining with the help of their payment software, communication, and EHR integration everything is running very smoothly. They recently added the ability to use cards on file to pay copays. Our patients were asking for that ability weekly, I can now answer phones and texts from home which frees up my day,

Cons

We had a few glitches to start. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. All of the glitches we started with have disappeared. I wish it were easier to save cards on file. Needing their address, emails etc is a lot. And it doesn't autofill.

My overall experience has been great! It's been really nice having everything on one platform to save time and make it easier for all team members to use. It's also a huge plus that I'm saving so much money.

Pros

Adit has so many features for everything we need in our dental practice. I love how it combines it all into one platform: online scheduling, patient communication, payment processor, patient forms, email marketing, phones, AI phone call tracking insights, analytics, etc.

Cons

I wish there was a way to customize the online scheduling template so that it is more detailed with specific patient blocks at certain times of the day.

Adit has been a great choice for our practice it cut our bill by over $1,000 and also has more features than the competitors.

Pros

The AI front desk agent has removed the end for us to answer 95% or more calls as it can handle most of the calls and book appointments

Cons

There’s not too much to dislike, maybe the color scheme/ a more updated platform look would improve it.

Great customer service, they are always checking in if we do have any questions. Adit is a very useful tool in the dental field.

Pros

Very user friendly and helps out with our billing and sending out reminders. Adit customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and professional.

Cons

There are quite a few updates or the system may take a while to update but every system has their flaws.
