Pros

I have been using Adit services for a number of years. They are very quick to respond to requests we make on our website, and often suggest ideas that can make our website stand out better and showcase our services. They offer many services at a fair price.

Cons

We have had some issues with setting up some of our online forms, with multiple forms being placed in different areas that are not all updated at one time when we request changes.

### "Just because something costs less, doesn't mean it's worth it......."

Terrible experience. Problem after problem. We were told multiple times that issues had been fixed, yet the very next day the same problems would reappear. Each time we’d submit a support ticket, we wouldn’t hear back for days. When we called for support, we were promised a call back within an hour or two—but days would go by without any response. It didn’t matter how many times we called; the issues were never truly resolved. When I did manage to speak with someone, I repeatedly told them our office hours, yet they would always call after we were closed to “diagnose the issue.” After months of back-and-forth and constant problems, we finally decided to cancel and find another company. Only then—after we gave notice to cancel—did they “discover” that the integration had partially failed. This was after weeks of accessing our server and crashing it multiple times. Overall, Adit lacks proper communication, accountability, and technical reliability. I was even told the representative I was dealing with worked in the same time zone as us, but they still never called during our business hours. Extremely disappointing experience.

Pros

Adit made a lot of promises. As a small business, we were definitely hoping to save some money, and during the initial meetings it seemed like a great deal — all the same features as our previous company at about half the cost. Unfortunately, once we signed up, everything went downhill from there.

Cons

Just about everything. The software only worked properly for about a week before the problems started—and they never stopped. We signed up in May 2025 and ended up canceling by October 2025 after submitting more than 30 support tickets. Despite countless calls and follow-ups, the same issues kept reoccurring, and support was slow to respond or failed to resolve anything long-term.

After running a dental office for over 30 years, I’ve worked with MANY software companies-and unfortunately, not all of those experiences have been positive. I would absolutely recommend Adit to any dental practice or physician looking to elevate their office systems and patient communication.

Pros

The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has truly streamlined our communication and dental office operations. Most importantly, the support is exceptional. Our rep is always proactive, checks in regularly, and provides outstanding customer service whenever we have questions or need assistance.

Cons

We did experience a minor issue at one point where there was a brief delay after answering a call before the caller could hear us. However, the issue was addressed and resolved quickly by their team with minimal disruption to our office.

My favorite part is the the Mobile app which allows team members to access patient information and address concerns anytime, anywhere. Having that level of accessibility 24/7 has been a game changer for both efficiency and patient care. IT support team are exceptional, responsive , knowledgeable & quick to resolve any issues. A great overall experience.

Pros

The software offers an impressive range of features that truly streamline daily operations. From comprehensive patient records and seamless communication tools to accurate production tracking, everything is thoughtfully integrated.

Cons

The new update has changed the layouts of the screen accessibility & we have to reboot multiple times on text feature to be able to have the box through which we can respond to patients.

I have had a pleasant experience with Adit so far! I greatly enjoy the software and what it has done for our ability to connect with our patients!

Pros

I really enjoyed utilizing Adit a lot. The software makes call tracking and call texting seamless, which allows me to communicate with patients, even on the go.

Cons

I have not had any major issues with Adit at this point. The only challenge has been occasional outages, but this is usually do to the Internet, rather than the software

It has been good. like is said we have had hiccups in the beginning but i think with any company there can be those bumps in the road. it only is worth it if a company is willing to learn from those and take steps to repair what is broken and not stay stagnate. I am looking forward to the changes they have made to the dashboard with that said.

Pros

The dashboard is very user friendly. As well as their support team is very timely. Previous companies that we have used you normally have to call or message and then wait. They get you connected right away and if it is something that will take time, they let you know and will follow u periodically. The reach out randomly to make sure we are doing ok and if there is anything they can help with as well as sharing new features that are included or you can add to you your plan. They actually take our feedback on things. when we started the patient had to specifically reply with a "C" to confirm their appointments. we provided that we would like a positive affirmation to be able to do that like a "thumbs up emoji" or ok". it took a bit, but they did finally implement that.

Cons

We do have the occasional issue with static in our phones, but they have always been on top of trying to resolve it. And we did have a couple hiccups with the afterhours usage in the beginning. Those have been resolved to our satisfaction.

Extremely pleased since we incorporated Adit about 4 years ago! Adit has proven to provide customer service in a timely fashion.

Pros

Adit provides the ease of dependable communication between our practice and patients in the form of texting, call tracking, forms and reminders. Regarding this, sensitive information is secure which gives our practice a sense of peace and our patients love the personal attention they receive via custom responses. Adit provides timely customer support if an issue arises and the representatives are so knowledgeable and committed to providing exemplary service and quick resolution. I also like the fact that I can access Adit when away from the office by having their app and even connected to my Apple watch. This allows us to view our calendar if any changes occur to our schedule. Of course, I also protect my time when not at work but it helps to monitor if any emergency correspondences arise with our patients. Again, this allows our doctors to respond quickly to our patients and they are amazed they can reach us after hours. Patients and our staff alike, agree Adit is so very user friendly and we have the options to tailor Adit to our needs and desires. In addition, this system is so very user friendly and is also so very quick to learn and navigate!

Cons

I really don't have any real or concerning complaints about Adit. If I had to, I suppose I would mention at times when speaking with a representative, there may be a language barrier.

Overall, we're happy with ADIT, and it's working well for our office at the moment. Depending on how our needs evolve as we grow, we may revisit and explore additional features down the line. The customer service has been consistently attentive, which really helps minimize any frustration.

Pros

The platform is highly intuitive and has greatly enhanced convenience for the front office, particularly in areas like patient communication and form management.

Cons

During the first 90 days, we encountered several glitches that needed to be addressed. It required some patience as we gave them time to work through the issues. After all, no program is without its bumps along the way.

Pros

It offers a lot of services for a reasonable cost. Support and follow up are very responsive and sometimes the Adit team will reach out with help.

Cons

It takes a while to get it set up and learn it as all software systems do. Techs are in a different time zone so sometimes that requires coordination.

It has been a good asset for our office to use and communicate with patients. We pay the yearly fee, not monthly. We have been with ADIT for several years and its all included what we need and we are not paying for added on services.

Pros

Easy to use and there is an app that is great. Has an easy learning curve for all levels of tech involved people.

Cons

There is nothing i can think of, when there is a problem there has been some sort of outage that gets resolved and communicated that it is being worked on.

We made the switch July 2025, and we are ABSOLUTELY impressed with the phone systems for the whole office. The ability to have the calls recorded to have a reference, the caller ID and the instant screen pop-ups with the patient's future information has been a blessing to our small but mighty office that is Quickly growing. The messaging platform was a big step up from the previous company we were using. The individualized paperwork platforms, the reminder options. The personalized quick text for responses ( #canned messages).

Pros

We made the switch in July of 2025, and we are ABSOLUTELY impressed with the entire systems for the whole office and the APP that you can use from home on your own phone. We Love that it does not use your phone number when you call.

Cons

The Parking Lot was a learning curve. We were use to having just a hold button as the options on our old phone system.

Customer service is good. There are a fee kinks that need to be improved so it doesn't create extra work but it is the best system we have used so far.

Pros

This system offers cost effective solutions at a better price point than similar systems. The billing system is easy to use and the communication within the office and externally is seamless.

Cons

Some practical updates should be incorporated. For example messages from patients should have a separate notifications button so that they can be turned off for hipaa reasons. Forms integration is also a problem.

My experience with Adit has been great from the start. The onboarding was very smooth and they made the transition from our prior provider to Adit a painless one. Everything is so intuitive - I cannot imagine managing my practice without it. We are currently down a person at the front, and with the mobile app I am able to field calls even when I'm not physically in the office.

Pros

Adit provides a comprehensive solution that fully integrates with our PMS and makes my life so so much easier. The platform is easy to use, the mobile phone app is good, and it does everything I want it to do!

Cons

If I could change anything, it would just be to add features to the mobile app like payment requests and scheduling. But otherwise, I have no cons.

Pros

I love Adit! It makes communication so easy for us and our patients! So many patients prefer text over phone calls.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about adit. In the beginning the only drawback was having to communicate with adit by messaging and creating a ticket. Now we have a direct contact person!

Adit is very very easy to use. We can text, get practice analytics, and its a great value! Patients love the reminders and we love the time it saves. The paperwork being automatically integrated with our software is also a plus.

Cons

Adit support is not the best. We feel that it takes too long to solve a problem and would like a quicker response.

I enjoy using Adit. Adit has so many different features you can intergrade into your practice and they make things easy for the practice to learn

Pros

Patient communication has never been easier using Adit. Sending text messages or keeping track of missed calls, Adit does a great job of managing all aspects of patient communication

Cons

Can not schedule appointments or move appointments on Adit mobile. If adit can add more features to their mobile app that would be great

Adit has been helpful with automating certain protocols (i.e. uploading documents into patient SmartDocs and updating patient notes with text message correspondences).

Pros

Adit is user-friendly, modern, and efficient. We believe that its a fair price for the services we are provided and the software is easy to learn. We appreciate the high security and support offered when we need help fielding technical issues.

Cons

We previously suggested that Adit would benefit from notifying users when patient's update credit card information. This allows for offices to monitor payment arrangements and verify patient information.

My overall experience with ADIT has been wonderful there user interface has been great with our Dentrix Program, would diffidently recommend ADIT. The reminders have been a game changer for my admin team.

Pros

I love the patient communication like the reminder notifications with ADIT, and the way I can send an email to all of our active patients. That just came in handy for an insurance change the office is currently going through. This is the best value for the money on the market I feel like. The support access is wonderful and very timely, you will get real people on the phone. ADIT has nice security features as well and I never feel like we are at risk with them

Cons

The internet phones if I had to pick something, there is a learning curve with them, but once we figured it out everything has been fine.

The all-in-one platform is really convenient. I especially liked how user-friendly it is for scheduling, reminders, and patient communication. It saves a lot of time compared to using multiple systems.

Cons

The initial setup and learning curve can take a little time, and some features could be more customizable.
