### "Adit goes above and beyond with their service"

After running a dental office for over 30 years, I’ve worked with MANY software companies-and unfortunately, not all of those experiences have been positive. I would absolutely recommend Adit to any dental practice or physician looking to elevate their office systems and patient communication.

Pros

The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has truly streamlined our communication and dental office operations. Most importantly, the support is exceptional. Our rep is always proactive, checks in regularly, and provides outstanding customer service whenever we have questions or need assistance.

Cons

We did experience a minor issue at one point where there was a brief delay after answering a call before the caller could hear us. However, the issue was addressed and resolved quickly by their team with minimal disruption to our office.

Pros

I have been using Adit services for a number of years. They are very quick to respond to requests we make on our website, and often suggest ideas that can make our website stand out better and showcase our services. They offer many services at a fair price.

Cons

We have had some issues with setting up some of our online forms, with multiple forms being placed in different areas that are not all updated at one time when we request changes.

We’ve had a great experience working with Adit for our phone confirmation and texting system. It has made a huge difference in how we communicate with our patients—everything is faster, more organized, and much more efficient. Appointment confirmations and reminders run smoothly, which has really helped reduce no-shows. The platform is easy to use, and their customer support team is always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any office looking to improve communication and streamline their workflow.

Pros

I love the convenience of patient communication through calls, email, and specially texting. It helps me assist patients even when the office is closed if there is a need.

Cons

Nothing really, they are prompt to take care of any issues that may come up, especially in the beginning when we are learning the system.

### "Very user friendly system"

It has been good. like is said we have had hiccups in the beginning but i think with any company there can be those bumps in the road. it only is worth it if a company is willing to learn from those and take steps to repair what is broken and not stay stagnate. I am looking forward to the changes they have made to the dashboard with that said.

Pros

The dashboard is very user friendly. As well as their support team is very timely. Previous companies that we have used you normally have to call or message and then wait. They get you connected right away and if it is something that will take time, they let you know and will follow u periodically. The reach out randomly to make sure we are doing ok and if there is anything they can help with as well as sharing new features that are included or you can add to you your plan. They actually take our feedback on things. when we started the patient had to specifically reply with a "C" to confirm their appointments. we provided that we would like a positive affirmation to be able to do that like a "thumbs up emoji" or ok". it took a bit, but they did finally implement that.

Cons

We do have the occasional issue with static in our phones, but they have always been on top of trying to resolve it. And we did have a couple hiccups with the afterhours usage in the beginning. Those have been resolved to our satisfaction.

I highly recommend Adit. We have used 3 other patient communication systems over the years. Adit is by far the most user friendly and efficient program we have found.

Pros

Pros of Adit for our office: Google review requests- we have tripled the number of Google reviews for our office. Adit makes it super easy for the patient! It has been a huge success for us. Also: The ease of appointment reminders and confirmations, sending new patient forms and sending forms that need updated in current patient charts, mass communication via bulk emails to all active patients, the ability to have a conversation with a patient via text messaging has been a game changer for our office-our patients seem to respond quicker-

Cons

one negative is when Dentrix does an update we have some trouble with Adit reconnecting. sometimes we have to contact customer service. they will remote in and fix the problem

I’ve been using this platform as a virtual assistant in patient care, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best tools I’ve worked with so far. It makes day-to-day tasks so much easier and more organized, especially when handling patient-related workflows. The features are really well thought out—it includes everything from payments processing to patient management tools, which helps keep everything in one place instead of switching between different systems. What I really appreciate is how the platform continues to improve over time. They’ve recently added AI features, which have made certain tasks faster and more efficient. Adit has been a great investment for our dental practice. The platform offers strong value for the money, especially considering how many features are included—patient communication, online scheduling, call tracking, forms, and marketing analytics all in one place. It replaced multiple tools we were paying for separately, which streamlined our processes and saved costs. What stands out the most is their support team. Cons

f there’s one area Adit can continue improving, it’s their insurance verification protocols. There is room for smoother automation and workflow refinement. That said, they are constantly working on updates and enhancements, and we’ve already seen improvements since adopting the platform.

Extremely pleased since we incorporated Adit about 4 years ago! Adit has proven to provide customer service in a timely fashion.

Pros

Adit provides the ease of dependable communication between our practice and patients in the form of texting, call tracking, forms and reminders. Regarding this, sensitive information is secure which gives our practice a sense of peace and our patients love the personal attention they receive via custom responses. Adit provides timely customer support if an issue arises and the representatives are so knowledgeable and committed to providing exemplary service and quick resolution. I also like the fact that I can access Adit when away from the office by having their app and even connected to my Apple watch. This allows us to view our calendar if any changes occur to our schedule. Of course, I also protect my time when not at work but it helps to monitor if any emergency correspondences arise with our patients. Again, this allows our doctors to respond quickly to our patients and they are amazed they can reach us after hours. Patients and our staff alike, agree Adit is so very user friendly and we have the options to tailor Adit to our needs and desires. In addition, this system is so very user friendly and is also so very quick to learn and navigate!

Cons

I really don't have any real or concerning complaints about Adit. If I had to, I suppose I would mention at times when speaking with a representative, there may be a language barrier.

Overall, when there are issues that arise their tech team does work on it to fix. We haven't had real bugs for a while but when we did it was mostly delays in connections between OpenDental and ADIT. The phones, texting, email, and forms have been great.

Pros

The affordability is great. For all that the software includes it is the only app that we need to support our EHR system. Works easily with Open Dental for forms, communication and scheduling.

Cons

The initial setup had a lot of issues that we had to work through with the tech staff. The service center is all overseas which can sometimes make communication difficult

Our office's overall experience with Adit, not just the platform but with their customer service as well has been impeccable. They have so many features that keep us running smoothly and if ever needed, their customer service is top notch! They respond quickly and work hard to fulfill all tasks they are assigned. Highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a streamline platform for their office.

Pros

One of our favorite features of the Adit platform is the user interface. It is easy to use and covers a wide array of communication and interaction capabilities. Their features help make our office functions as streamline as possible.

Cons

We do not currently have a least favorite feature with Adit. All of the features offered are very easy to use and contribute to our office running smoothly.

Wonderful! Any concerns that may arise are addressed quickly. Adit also notifies me of any concerns before I even notice them in practice.

Pros

I migrated from another platform 1 year ago, and the transition has been amazing. Adit has the same if not more features than the other platform, their IT support is very fast and responsive, and their customer service is top tier. I recently relocated my office, and the Adit team helped me tremendously help with notifying my existing patient base via email blasts and adjusting my text and voice notifications. Adit is a win for me on every level.

Cons

I wish I learned about Adit sooner. I was with another vendor who kept increasing their pricing and took away key features.

has been over a year since we started working with them, and they have significantly helped improve our office operations. For example, our communication with patients has greatly improved. We are now able to text them individually or send a mass text for office announcements.

Pros

Whenever my team and I encounter an issue or need assistance with the software, Adit is incredibly fast and responsive in helping us. We also truly value that Adit proactively checks in to see how we are doing and takes the time to provide thorough training on the software. This level of support is truly outstanding.

Cons

I am generally satisfied with Adit, but one area for improvement would be their weekend availability. Our office operates on weekends, and when we encounter issues, we have to wait until the next business day for assistance. It would be very helpful if Adit could offer weekend support.

Excellent customer care, seamless integration with Crystal PM. Really great follow up. The full desktop version seamlessly goes into app mode and mobile mode.

Pros

It's been 4 months since we switched to Adit for our patient management needs and it's been great! I am so pleased that after signing up we were not forgotten. Instead, I would get follow up calls every couple of weeks asking how the onboarding process is going or any trouble using any features, etc. My favorite feature so far is the matrix overview. It's definitely a leg up on competitors that don't offer such analysis. Softphone feature will be excellent for when we add virtual assistants. The only trouble so far is the difficulty with check in kiosks, the software needs more work to sync properly into our practice management program.

Cons

Learning curve is steep, but manageable. Sometimes it hard to tell which text messages from patients were already addressed and when missed calls were returned

A good product that's flexible for any size practice and is easy to use. Offers a lot of features and is customizeable for users.

Pros

It offers a lot of services for a reasonable cost. Support and follow up are very responsive and sometimes the Adit team will reach out with help.

Cons

It takes a while to get it set up and learn it as all software systems do. Techs are in a different time zone so sometimes that requires coordination.

Sometimes the phones systems are a little hard to the other person to hear us. This has since been resolved.

It has been a good asset for our office to use and communicate with patients. We pay the yearly fee, not monthly. We have been with ADIT for several years and its all included what we need and we are not paying for added on services.

Pros

Easy to use and there is an app that is great. Has an easy learning curve for all levels of tech involved people.

Cons

There is nothing i can think of, when there is a problem there has been some sort of outage that gets resolved and communicated that it is being worked on.

Software can glitch and cause issues with communication however is reliable 99% of the time. Most of the time it is network or internet issue on our end that causes the problems.

We made the switch July 2025, and we are ABSOLUTELY impressed with the phone systems for the whole office. The ability to have the calls recorded to have a reference, the caller ID and the instant screen pop-ups with the patient's future information has been a blessing to our small but mighty office that is Quickly growing. The messaging platform was a big step up from the previous company we were using. The individualized paperwork platforms, the reminder options. The personalized quick text for responses ( #canned messages).

Pros

We made the switch in July of 2025, and we are ABSOLUTELY impressed with the entire systems for the whole office and the APP that you can use from home on your own phone. We Love that it does not use your phone number when you call.

Cons

The Parking Lot was a learning curve. We were use to having just a hold button as the options on our old phone system.

My overall experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend them to any chiropractic clinic. We love all the features they have.

Pros

Very easy to get a hold of support. Combines a lot of services that others don't. They are very reasonably priced. They have a lot of really cool features and have helped us boost our reviews significantly.

Cons

Newer platform for Chiropractic. However they work on every issue immediately and it's taken care of in a timely manner. This will go away the more we use the software and give feedback. Be patient, it's well worth it!

Overall, the experience has been outstanding! Our prior messaging system was not as in-depth and did not have as many features available compared to Adit's system.

Pros

The immediate response time from customer service. If there are any issues we are experiencing they reach out to us the same to day to resolve or acknowledge whats going on.

Cons

This is very hard to say, most things are simple and easy to access through Adit. One thing I would recommend would be finding specific words mentioned through texts with patients to pin point certain conversations if the name of the patient is lost/forgotten.

Excellent ...which is why we have been with them since 2022! Features are awesome by sending out a link after the patient appointment has been done asking for a review.

Pros

Value for the money is excellent! We have been approached by Weave and dental intelligence and nothing comes to close! Billing and payment is slick and easy! Great Job adit.

Cons

Recently they changed the style of how the dashboard was arranged and this was a little difficult to maneuver last minute! Other than that, no complaints.

Adit has been helpful with automating certain protocols (i.e. uploading documents into patient SmartDocs and updating patient notes with text message correspondences).

Pros

Adit is user-friendly, modern, and efficient. We believe that its a fair price for the services we are provided and the software is easy to learn. We appreciate the high security and support offered when we need help fielding technical issues.

Cons

We previously suggested that Adit would benefit from notifying users when patient's update credit card information. This allows for offices to monitor payment arrangements and verify patient information.

Overall, we are very happy with the decision we made to go with Adit. It has streamlined our payment processing and the appointment confirmations are great. It is also nice they are adding Insurance Verification.

Pros

The value for what we get is great. Our office especially enjoys the ADIT app for when the internet or power is out. The yearly billing is a nice option along with the secure user interface. The support is usually prompt and friendly. It is simple to use.

Cons

At first we kept losing the posting straight to charts with ADIT Pay. We can't pick what items to post payments directly to.
