Overall, my experience has been very positive. Adit makes it much easier to manage front desk tasks, streamline patient flow, and reduce no-shows. Their customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

Pros

The all-in-one platform is really convenient. I especially liked how user-friendly it is for scheduling, reminders, and patient communication. It saves a lot of time compared to using multiple systems.

Cons

The initial setup and learning curve can take a little time, and some features could be more customizable.

Its been great! Whenever weve had a concern or a question about something they are quick to respond and help us out.

Pros

That it is integrated seamlessly into OpenDental and is user friendly for all staff. The text to pay feature is a hit with our patients and makes collecting so much easier and quicker.

Cons

I wish the App allowed you to do a bit more then it does. For instance you can over ride the voicemail for emergencies but can't change the days and times the phones are on or off from the app. We work every other friday and its a pain to remember to log in and do it.

great experience. we have been with Adit for about 2 years and will continue using them. We are still opening more offices and will use them going forward.

Pros

The team is great. very helpful and does a great job. Their work is as described and the payment systems work very well and at a very reasonable fee. Was easy to learn the software and the team learned quickly how to use it.

Cons

I don't have any negative experiences with Adit at this point. Customer service availability over the weekend would be nice though but not a huge deal for us.

Great overall experience! Love how the team is very friendly to interact with. Easy to set up and good service.

Pros

I have been with Adit for about 5 years now and they are best value for money when it comes to monthly marketing package. Love how they have a success team assigned to you and they conduct monthly meetings to ensure smooth functioning. Love their platform integration with dental practice management software.

Cons

Sometimes there is a learning curve- It takes a while to have changes reflect on your end on the website

My overall experience with Adit has been nothing but positive. It is extremely easy to pull reports, communicate with patients, send and receive fax messages, and even enters patient information from new patient paperwork.

Pros

Adit is extremely easy to navigate and made where any support required comes quickly and hassle free.

Cons

My one con about Adit is you can not message someone who is not a patient in the system. The number must already be entered into the system you can not simply type it in.

Very easy to use when contacting patients with their appointments and questions. We use it to take payments, send links for them to fill out new patient forms as well as consent forms. It is also useful to send links so they can leave us google reviews.

Cons

Sometimes there are issues when interacting with Dentrix specifically with posting payments to the patients ledger

Pros

Easy to use. Top-tier customer service. Seamless integration. Able to text message coworkers from anywhere.

Cons

Would like some more customized features, such as notifications when another team member is responding to a text message, so multiple replies are not received.

Pros

Great value, was less expensive and had more features than other softwares we looked at. Having everything in one software is so convenient. Customer service is good. Installation and training went very well.

Cons

Could be a little more user fiendly. I know the possibility of what I want is in the software, and I am pretty computer literate but sometimes it was a little difficult to figure out, but my onboarder was good at finding the answers when I asked.

Our experience with Adit has been low-stress. This has been great, as we have had numerous difficulties with previous communication platforms we have used. It is refreshing to have a team of people working with us to help our days go smoothly!

Pros

The prompt attentiveness has been great! Any question or concern we have has been addressed and resolved very efficiently! The Adit app is much more user-friendly than most others we have seen!

Cons

My only concern is the mandatory need for patients to have an email address on file in order to accept a payment from them. Some of our elderly patients do not have email addresses and would like to be able to pay by credit card. I do understand Adit is working on a solution to this concern.

Very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone, especially coming from one of their competitors Weave.

Pros

Very easy to use as a billing specialist in a medical practice. It lets us send out reminders automatically to patients to pay their bills.

Cons

The new update is busy and not as good as where it was before. There is too much going on all at once and now even at it's smallest it still takes up 80% of the screen.

As a new user of adit I would say its been easy to integrate to using this instead of what we were using previously.

Pros

Adit is a great platform that’s easy to use and runs smoothly. The support team responds quickly and resolves issues fast. The data and graphs are clear, useful, and make tracking performance simple.

Cons

There are small interruption here and there that customer service cant explain but besides that it works great!

they have been good for us. They have a lot of good things about the app. I don't know how great the value for the money is. I do think our interest rates on credit cards have gone up since we got it which was part of why we signed up was the lower rates and now they are just as high as others.

Pros

The ease of using the app. The payment link is handy for a lot of our patients. The online paperwork is nice but doesn't always load right in eagle soft

Cons

the syncing isn't always great with confirmations. Patients complain of the automated voice message being too quiet and hard to understand.

it has been good, waiting for new phone system to discover all the other things it will do to help our workflow.

Pros

Adit seems to get have a great platform for adding forms directly into out practice mgmt. This saves alot of time from scanning and having done before patient comes in.

Cons

Adit will send out reminder to patient to schedule when not seen in ofc for awhile, but patient already has appointment.

It was easy to onboard, pricing is better than anything out there for all of the components you. This team has the best customer service on the planet. They won't stop until your problems are fixed. Every step of the way we are supported. The software is great, offers texting, forms, reviews, and practice numbers.

Pros

The customer service is outstanding. They follow up consistently until everything is perfect. I love how the same person calls to follow up too, so you build relationships with the team.

Cons

Their follow up is so good that sometimes the times they call don't quite align with our scheduled and I am too busy to answer their call.

The team at Adit is wonderful! They go above and beyond to ensure that their product is working efficiently and effectively for your practice! There is a very low learning curve to using the software which is also awesome!

Cons

We have had very few cons with Adit, mainly bugs or issues with the app, call flow, or reminder messages. However, each time these arise the team is able to fix it as quickly as possible!

Pros

The value for money is truly unbeatable, costumer service is the best. The switching over experience was flawless, they explain everything in detail and you are good to go in a day!

Cons

Nothing not to like. Besides the occasional screen freeze, which might actually be from our computer, and not the app, we really did not encounter any problems. Even more, every time the call us to check on how we're doing (no other apps do this!), they give us a new feature or a good advice/hint.
