Pros

Intuitive interface that blends seamlessly with existing Zoom video conferencing. Reliable and easy setup. Great call quality.

Cons

Zoom Phone is missing faxing capabilities. Occasionally, experience dropped calls and poor audio quality. Slow to non-existent follow-ups from support.

Overall very good and useful for doing calls with a large array of clients. Not many issues at all and a good value for money.

Pros

Good application for doing calls with other clients. Meetings, call recording, and call quality were all good. I did not use the background options but they worked well. Not many bugs or issues. Good level of call security.

Cons

There was a tiny learning curve when compared to Zoom Video Calls however it was nothing the documentation couldn't help with.

Pros

Queues unusable so everything else mute. Like having a car without wheels.

Cons

Queue member availabilty does not correlate to user's presence. IE user is OFFLINE yet call sits in Queue because they are Available for queue. It is utter nonsense

I really enjoy using Zoom Phone. Again, it's easy to use and learn how to use it. The product has worked very well since installing. It's great for a business to use with it's employees.

Pros

Zoom Phone makes it very easy to check your voicemails by adding them to a queue in the Zoom Workplace app. It also adds the transcription for you by sending you an email with the voicemail and the transcription. That's very nice for catching phone numbers and things of that nature. Meetings are very easy to schedule and log into them when others are using Zoom. It was easy to learn the system. I like being able to change my availability and out-of-office status with the app in the background options.

Cons

With the voicemail I can clear them out in the app, but it won't clear them out from my desktop phone automatically. This could just be the type of phone we have hooked to our Zoom workplace system.

Pros

Zoom Phone is a most useful and smooth working app for everyone who just knows a little bit about using apps and software . This app is best for online work for home and students e Learning which helped a lot for many schools and companies in the covid time and now also . Just need an internet connection and easy to use .

Cons

Needs a fluent internet connection , online call may become laggy if the connection is not fluent or laggy .but Zoom is improving day by day.

So far, it has been a quality product. It was fairly easy to set up and is a breeze to use. Once the client was downloaded to my machine, I put it in the startup so it is ready as soon as my computer boots up. It's very easy to use. Considering the competition, this is far easier to use than any others I've used and far less expensive.

Pros

VoIP. It works across apps, while sitting at my desk, or on the road on my cell phone. It takes voice and video and integrates well into the Zoom family.

Cons

I really have few complaints. Perhaps a wish: I wish that it could automatically screen out robo and fake calls. It might be able to, but I don't know how.

We switched to Zoom phone right as the pandemic was starting. We had plastic Cisco phones on everyone's desk and switched them to a VOIP phone. We expected pushback from the employees, but they have loved it from the beginning. Having the flexibility to add the Zoom phone app on your mobile device and make work calls from your personal device but not expose your personal phone number is a huge win.

Pros

Very user friendly on the admin side. You can build and adjust call queues within minutes. You can assign and remove licenses when needed. When transferring calls you can do it by extension or you can look up the persons name to transfer. You can also easily check call quality on the admin dashboard.

Cons

There isn't a search feature on the admin portal. So if you are looking to adjust a feature that you don't use very often you typically have to Google where it is located. It would save a ton of time if they added a basic search to the admin portal.

Using zoom phone in Mac OS without any issues , running smoothly not consuming enough space. Properly integrated with zendesk to call the customer anytime hassle free. Overall it is good and helpful

Pros

1\. High availability of product in the market so very less chances to say customers to install and use this. 2. Integrations in other environment is easy and not very time taking. 3. Secure and goo compatibility in mobile as well. 4. Free version is also good with respect to the paid one.

Cons

1\. Noticed lags in performance sometime. 2. High Bandwidth is needed for smooth working. Little changes cause disruptions.

What I like most about zoom is that it's free for everyone to be able to use unless you'd like to upgrade and the connection is very clear and the interface is extremely easy to understand.

Cons

What at least like about zoom is the group calls, I don't like the way if there's a lot of people in there it's a bit more difficult to communicate.

Pros

I like the video calling feature, with that I can connect to my clients and colleagues easily and smoothly. Most of the time it alerts me about the meeting and other day by day plan.

Cons

On the other hand I would vote down the alert or notification feature. It not always accurate and unfortunately it not stable. It could be improved.

I know Zoom Meetings got popular during the pandemic, but, honestly, this is an even more essential remote-work service. We LOVE it.

Pros

We signed up for Zoom Phone in January 2020. We don't get cell service in our office, didn't want employees to have to use cells, but also didn't want an expensive VOIP system. For $15/month/user, it's a computer-usable phone line. Just plug a headset into the computer and it's good to go. It also is PERFECT for switching between remote and office work. Just login on your home computer and you can receive calls to the same line as when in the office. Coworkers can transfer calls (warm or cold) to your line from anywhere.

Cons

It's pretty buggy still, and they need to work on some of their user interface and features. The contact list is particularly bad.

My overall experience has been quite satisfactory, as with the new versions of the app that keep coming, Zoom for mobile continues to be faster and has the simplicity of starting an online meeting at any time with your phone that you always have with you, is a lifesaver.

Pros

All the functions offered by Zoom, are extracted and put in the app for Google Play and App Store, the great advantages that can be seen is that you can make meetings from the comfort of your smartphone, this is an alternative because by far and in my opinion will be better version on the computer, but this app what it does is that you can get out of a hurry for any emergency you have, you can enter without problems to your online meeting and have the same functions that you have on the pc.

Cons

The mobile version, at the beginning since I started using it, was a bit slow and had several things to improve, since I was seeing it in an early stage to have the version it has today. Once this was fixed, Zoom now has an excellent mobile app, as I find it faster and easier to use for any user who wants to make a quick meeting and share it practically at any time with the use of their smartphone.

My experience with Zoom Phone is Very good. I can attend the important meeting while I am not in the office or on vacation.

Pros

Zoom mobile is the best application when it comes to virtual meetings, as a Design Engineer I have to constantly communicate with my other team member, seniors, and also with the customer to understand a concept or to explain it to them by sharing real-time screen. With the help of the zoom mobile application I can attend any meeting online from anywhere I just need My mobile Phone and Internet Connectivity. Zoom is very reliable it does not take many resources in a mobile phone and it can Run in the background and it also runs smoothly even in slow-speed connectivity when other peers' comparison software’s stuck or lag. Another great feature of zoom is security. For every new meeting topic, you can create a different meeting ID and it can also be protected with a unique password. Also, the host has more control over the ongoing meeting.

Cons

While sharing a screen you or your mate can annotate on-screen this feature I use a lot and I like the most. Also, we can view other peers' computer screens on a mobile phone makes it more exciting.

I really like Zoom Phone + Zoom Meeting so far. Part of our org still uses a different provider due to contract ties but i am evaluating moving whole org to Zoom in the next fiscal year.

Pros

I've used almost all leading UCaaS vendors, and what i like about zoom is its ability to monitor a line without needing for an active live call.

Cons

It's fairly new to the market and i have not experienced any issues. I will go back to review if i experience any.

We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions.

Pros

We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business.

Cons

The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent.
