The mobile app works great too, so I can take work calls anywhere. Admin dashboard is simple to manage users and numbers, and the pricing is competitive for what you get. Cons The call quality can get spotty when internet is unstable, and there's no fallback to cellular, which is frustrating during important calls. International calling rates are expensive, and SMS is limited compared to competitors. July 11, 2025 4.0 So far, it has been a quality product. It was fairly easy to set up and is a breeze to use. Once the client was downloaded to my machine, I put it in the startup so it is ready as soon as my computer boots up. It's very easy to use. Considering the competition, this is far easier to use than any others I've used and far less expensive. Pros VoIP. It works across apps, while sitting at my desk, or on the road on my cell phone. It takes voice and video and integrates well into the Zoom family. Cons I really have few complaints. Perhaps a wish: I wish that it could automatically screen out robo and fake calls. This is a wonderful program to have, especially when your busy, you have the automated response system. Not having to use the desk phone makes it easie to access and conveniently friendly as well. Pros The thing that I like most about the ZOOM phone, is the fact that I get multiple notifications. You get notifications on your desktop, laptop, and cell phone. It is sometimes important to get more than one notification because you might not be readily available from your desk but are able to respond to your phone if you are out in the field and cannot get to your desk. The automated feature can give the person on the other end a sense of relief that someone will call them back after leaving a message. Cons Sometimes the automated spell check on the voicemail is not always accurate and can make words out to be spell something else. When a call comes through, it interrupts your typing, when trying to type up an email. It was a great experience for me. Pros Zoom Phone is very helpful for anyone that are constantly on-the-go but need to join the meeting session with client or colleague. It operate from my smartphone, which mean i don't need my laptop to launch the application. The audio quality always clear and i had never had problem with the audio. Cons I can't change the audio calls from using my phone carrier to be using the VOIP. It need to be setup before the call are made, and can not change it in the middle of the session. Pros All the functions offered by Zoom, are extracted and put in the app for Google Play and App Store, the great advantages that can be seen is that you can make meetings from the comfort of your smartphone, this is an alternative because by far and in my opinion will be better version on the computer, but this app what it does is that you can get out of a hurry for any emergency you have, you can enter without problems to your online meeting and have the same functions that you have on the pc. Cons The mobile version, at the beginning since I started using it, was a bit slow and had several things to improve, since I was seeing it in an early stage to have the version it has today. Part of our org still uses a different provider due to contract ties but i am evaluating moving whole org to Zoom in the next fiscal year. CEO Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Complete Train Wreck" January 9, 2024 1.0 We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions. Pros We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business. Cons The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent.
