Overall very good and useful for doing calls with a large array of clients. Not many issues at all and a good value for money.

Pros

Good application for doing calls with other clients. Meetings, call recording, and call quality were all good. I did not use the background options but they worked well. Not many bugs or issues. Good level of call security.

Cons

There was a tiny learning curve when compared to Zoom Video Calls however it was nothing the documentation couldn't help with.

Overall it’s been a very good experience using it and to explain how to use to someone not used to it

It’s very easy to use and allow for a simple way to connect with someone without having to provide your personal number

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little bit to load especially if you don’t have it preset up prior to starting. It’s always best to plan accordingly

Overall it is fine there are no issues with the sound and recognition on a zoom meeting, you can still see both the video and phone users.

Pros

Zoom phone works fine not many issues with it. Overall I like it to connect to work meetings and zoom sessions.

Cons

Somehow when you use the zoom phone with Tmobile phones, you have to connect a different way or you get charged per minute.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Zoom Phone. Zoom Phone is a reliable, user-friendly cloud-based phone system.

Pros

Intuitive interface that blends seamlessly with existing Zoom video conferencing. Reliable and easy setup. Great call quality.

Cons

Zoom Phone is missing faxing capabilities. Occasionally, experience dropped calls and poor audio quality. Slow to non-existent follow-ups from support.

I really enjoy using Zoom Phone. Again, it's easy to use and learn how to use it. The product has worked very well since installing. It's great for a business to use with it's employees.

Pros

Zoom Phone makes it very easy to check your voicemails by adding them to a queue in the Zoom Workplace app. It also adds the transcription for you by sending you an email with the voicemail and the transcription. That's very nice for catching phone numbers and things of that nature. Meetings are very easy to schedule and log into them when others are using Zoom. It was easy to learn the system. I like being able to change my availability and out-of-office status with the app in the background options.

Cons

With the voicemail I can clear them out in the app, but it won't clear them out from my desktop phone automatically. This could just be the type of phone we have hooked to our Zoom workplace system.

Pros

Ease of use for multitasking and the ability to use other features as well. Very convenient for work.

Cons

It worked really well; didn't have any bugs or issues with it. Worked like a charm very sufficient for business.

The ability to use the SMS Feature for the company is great. Easily send messages to contacts when asking sensitive information.

Zoom only works if you have a zoom account. Some people no need to meet with do not have zoom and sometimes don’t want to make an account

Con Zoom Phone se ha reemplazado el uso de teléfonos fijos y centralitas. Ahora todo se puede gestionar todo directamente desde la nube ya que te da la seguridad de comunicarte sin problema, con una mayor flexibilidad y menor coste. Esta es una herramienta fiable y práctica que se puede utilizar para trabajar en remoto sin perder la comunicación y permitiendo la comodidad de poder poner imágenes o fondos durante la vídeo llamada.

Pros

Zoom Phone tiene la capacidad de integrar llamadas, videoconferencias y chat en una sola plataforma. En cuanto a la calidad de audio es estable, la gestión de llamadas muy sencilla y te permite usarlo en ordenador o móvil. Zoom Phone es una herramienta muy útil para equipos remotos y empresas con varias sedes, ya que permite la comunicación rápida y de calidad.

Cons

Para configurar al inicio puede llegar a ser un poco compleja si no tienes experiencia técnica en el uso de aplicaciones. También algunas funciones avanzadas, como números internacionales o integraciones con CRM, tienen un coste adicional. Por último si la red no es estable puede llegar a consumir recursos.

Overall, Zoom Phone is a really good tool for employees who aren't in a physical office all the time to still receive calls to their office number. Additionally, there are many devices you can receive or call from.

Pros

I like how Zoom Phone is a very convenient and useful tool for employees with an office phone who work remotely or aren't always in the office. You can call and receive from a laptop or your own personal smartphone.

Cons

The mobile app keeps asking me to turn on location services, which I don't want to do because it drains the battery on my phone. Additionally, not a complaint, but Zoom can try to do a better job of filtering out spam or junk calls.
