Very helpful in getting exactly what I wanted from the website. If you're looking for a simple solution to getting a website up and running, I highly recommend Webit. But the crew at Webit have done an outstanding job -- Especially with no contracts -- As any online services business should understand that a monthly contract is just an excuse to take your money. Bottom line is this --- If you don't like the service your getting and can't get it fixed then you shouldn't have to pay extra like I have with companies that still have contracts That's an old way of doing online business these days and gets abused by deceitful companies all of the time You don't have to worry about that with Webit as they actually have business ethics. Pros The Team behind the websites - Always supportive, honest, friendly, helpful with professionalism and a sense of humor. Also the ability for me to be able to change things or add content and/or images to our website. The Home Page is the only part that the work order system would take up to 3 days sometimes based on their work load of customer request. So the people who speak American, living in America working with Americans was a breath of fresh air due to the issues and problems I have had in the past. Cons At the price point I'm paying monthly with no contracts with supportive, knowledgeable, competent and professional people don't have any cons Maybe other than not finding them sooner than I did. Reason for choosing SiteFLEX The price point per month with NO Contract, Very supportive Staff, Time I didn't have to do this myself with my busy schedule. The manner in which their people answered my questions which I could tell they new there stuff and if they didn't cover something I asked about they told me the truth instead of trying to sell me. We believe that with our website up and running we have extended our reach monumentally Pros The staff there are highly knowledgeable and the time they take to walk you through the process! Not to mention how quickly they respond to you in regards to anything with their service, thumbs up guys! Cons We use a lot of documents and would have love to be able to add a electronic signature feature into our site but that was not possible at this time! When I want to change something on my site it is done immediately in most cases (same day). Pros The cost, the discount for site, paid 10 months received 13 months. All the representatives treat me like im the best. I couldn't be any happier, I wouldn't go to any other company even if it was cheaper Cons Doesn’t apply, they are the best and all my friends that have business love web it. Reason for choosing SiteFLEX After listening to what web it had to offer 13 months for the price of 10 months, hiw they listed to my concers and had the correct answers for all my needs, hrs of operations and so much more, I can't say enough great things about web it except if you want the best company to help you with your website, what are you waiting for, call them and find out your self. Cons No bookings or appointments can be made on this. On the manager site, it only tracks sales being made purchased through the website. Doesn’t give you options to track walk in sales. Pros We it is great. It is better than spending 5K to get the same thing. It definitely needs you to put some thought into what you want, but for me I needed a functional website quickly.
